**5-Star Review** I want to recognize Lindsey Segars - holliday.keith

**5-Star Review** I want to recognize Lindsey Segars at BMW of Macon for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. Back in March 2026, I brought my 2022 BMW Alpina B7 in because it was jerking and shuddering when accelerating from a stop. Lindsey listened carefully to my concerns, ensured the vehicle received the proper attention, and the service performed—specifically the BMW transfer case Oil Change ABL—resolved the issue immediately. Lindsey treated me with respect, listened to what I was experiencing, and made sure the correct service was performed. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is exactly what you hope for when trusting a dealership with a vehicle like an Alpina B7. Thank you, Lindsey, for your excellent customer service and for helping ensure my vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired. You've earned my trust, and I'll gladly return to BMW of Macon for future service.

Chase proved to be a knowledgeable sales consultant. Not at all pushy, simply helpful in the process of buying a BMW.

I recently purchased a 2026 BMW 330i M Sport from BMW of South Atlanta, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, Anthony was incredibly helpful. The entire team was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. They spent plenty of time walking me through all the features of the car and made sure the test drive was great. They treat you with respect and value your time!

Great sales Department. - P*ssed

Great sales Department. The finance department is deceitful and has no moral compass at all. Buyer beware

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 G63 AMG - amg55drier@gmail.com

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 G63 AMG and trading in my 2022 F150 at Motorcars of Atlanta, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team at Motorcars of Atlanta exceeded my expectations in every way. Customer Service: The moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Trade-In Process: Trading in my 2022 F150 was seamless. The appraisal was fair and transparent, and I felt confident that I was getting a great deal. The team handled all the paperwork efficiently, making the trade-in process quick and hassle-free. Purchase Experience: The highlight of my visit was, of course, purchasing the 2019 G63 AMG. The sales team was knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicle, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Vehicle Condition: The G63 AMG was in pristine condition, exactly as described. The dealership clearly takes pride in the quality of their inventory. They even went the extra mile to ensure the car was spotless and ready for me to drive off the lot. After-Sales Support: After the purchase, the team followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my new vehicle and to answer any additional questions I had. This level of after-sales support is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at Motorcars of Atlanta was exceptional. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, combined with their expertise and professionalism, made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Motorcars of Atlanta to anyone looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. They have earned my trust and future business. I hope this review captures your positive experience! If there's anything specific you'd like to add or adjust, feel free to let me know.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
