My sales person was not attentive …worked with other customers while I sat there for 3.5 hours waiting for my car, took phone calls chatted with other customers while I sat and sat and sat. Orientation customers while I sat there for 3.5 hours waiting for my car, took phone calls chatted with other customers while I sat and sat and sat. Orientation on my new car lasted approximately 10 minutes or less I had to mainly learn about the car on my own using the manual in Youtube. The sales manager gave me a post purchase call, which obviously was rehearsed and he chatted with other people on the message while he was talking leaving a voicemail. It made me feel like he was obligated to check in with me and the purpose of his call was disingenuous. This car was shipped to the dealership from another dealership, and I had no idea when it was being delivered until the day that it got there. It was delivered on a Friday and they asked if I could come on Saturday to pick it up. This was a 3 1/2 hour drive for me with little or no notification of delivery so it was impossible for me to pick it up on a Saturday since I had to pick up the certified funds during normal banking hours. Had they told me it was being delivered on Friday I could’ve made arrangements to get the funds prior to delivery.. Overall, not a good experience for me. More
