Experience BMW of Macon was professional and courteous when I purchased my vehicle from them. Mr. Heath was my salesman; I inquired about my vehicle before going over to the dealership, he sent me an email to fill out the application so that I wouldn’t have to wait around at the dealership all day. Once my application was approved, he called me to come get the vehicle that I wanted. The process was easy and stress free! The finance manager made sure I had the absolute best rate although I had other offers; he didn’t just give me anything, he gave me the BEST! You can’t ask for more than that! I’m a happy customer. Oh! Also filled my car with gas!! More

Be wary of their promises as they do not hold up and if you don't catch something they will absolutely take advantage. For example my car was missing it's spare tire and when I notified them I got zero response. Who sales a car without a spare tire?! Well apparently the BMW of Macon. They also promised to have the car detailed upon delivery, well it showed up looking like it was owned by a 5 year old with grubby hands... The inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Again they promised to try to fix the problem but never followed through. The car was also delivered without the second key and the correct license plate sticker. Meaning after I got the car, I couldn't drive it for over a week while I waited for them to get the correct sticker to me. Then there was the condescending finance guy who was obviously irritated he wasn't coning me into the 3k maintenance package he had originally tried to attached to my purchase. Once I told him to take it off his attitude flipped and buying my new car went from a great experience to one that was less than par... That being said make them write down on the contract every single small promise and don't complete the sale until you see proof everything promised is done otherwise it probably won't ever get completed and you will be left handling it yourself. More
Good but Hard to Contact Sometimes Service rep sometimes hard to get on the phone. Called three times back-to-back and was cut off while on hold once. Terrible service Incredibly unhappy with this customer service center to the point it made me 1) drive 2 hours away to get service in Atlanta or 2) not ever buy a BMW Incredibly unhappy with this customer service center to the point it made me 1) drive 2 hours away to get service in Atlanta or 2) not ever buy a BMW again. BMW Roadside assistance was excellent. However the tow company dropped my car off and service claimed they couldn't find my car. I'm at my job trying to take care of my clients (I'm a doctor). I had to call the tow company and put the driver on 3 way to explain where he left my car. He stated it was in plain sight in front of the security camera. Finally they find my car. I need a tire changed and requested an alignment. They had my tires in stock. I call several times for updates. Finally that afternoon they say another tire needs replacing and they had to submit another insurance claim for my second tire and it wouldn't be until the NEXT day. My Uber from BMW Roadside expired that afternoon (it's good for 99 miles total within 24 hours, so I was going to use it to go pick up the car). Meanwhile, I have no transportation because that's my sole vehicle, so I'm having to arrange people to transport me. And then I had to arrange someone to take me an hour away to get the car. Then I get there after hours and the front desk basically hands me my keys. I ask where my car is and they say it's either in the front or the side. I go out and can't find it and come back in. Finally a young man heard me ask where my car was and he went to go retrieve it for me. He was very helpful and pulled it up for me. I spent $80,000 for that car at the Macon BMW and I do not plan to buy a second. More
