When I had not gotten a confirmation from the dealership regarding my appointment date and time, I called to confirm. They had not received the service request, and the person that answered the phone said that it was never a good idea to use any other method to schedule other than calling (then why do we have that option in our cars and on our apps?). Second, service appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals, which is fine. However, the service techs all go to lunch between 12 and 1. Yet there are still appointments scheduled during that time. So if you have a 12:15 appointment, no one is going to look at your car until they get back from lunch. That adds extra time to your visit. Might be wise to block out the time from noon to 12:45 for appointments. Or either stagger the lunch breaks for your service techs. Otherwise, will lead to customer frustration and inconvenience. That being said, I am always well taken care of at this dealership. They are fairly quick, very knowledgeable, friendly, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Wish they offered a little more in the way of snacks as it seems like every time I am there, they have one or two granola or cereal bars and that's it. (not one or two choices, one or two bars total). However, they always have a good selection of drinks and coffee. They have a tv and a convenient work area and charging stations. It's also nice to have a window into the service area. More

Terrible service Incredibly unhappy with this customer service center to the point it made me 1) drive 2 hours away to get service in Atlanta or 2) not ever buy a BMW Incredibly unhappy with this customer service center to the point it made me 1) drive 2 hours away to get service in Atlanta or 2) not ever buy a BMW again. BMW Roadside assistance was excellent. However the tow company dropped my car off and service claimed they couldn't find my car. I'm at my job trying to take care of my clients (I'm a doctor). I had to call the tow company and put the driver on 3 way to explain where he left my car. He stated it was in plain sight in front of the security camera. Finally they find my car. I need a tire changed and requested an alignment. They had my tires in stock. I call several times for updates. Finally that afternoon they say another tire needs replacing and they had to submit another insurance claim for my second tire and it wouldn't be until the NEXT day. My Uber from BMW Roadside expired that afternoon (it's good for 99 miles total within 24 hours, so I was going to use it to go pick up the car). Meanwhile, I have no transportation because that's my sole vehicle, so I'm having to arrange people to transport me. And then I had to arrange someone to take me an hour away to get the car. Then I get there after hours and the front desk basically hands me my keys. I ask where my car is and they say it's either in the front or the side. I go out and can't find it and come back in. Finally a young man heard me ask where my car was and he went to go retrieve it for me. He was very helpful and pulled it up for me. I spent $80,000 for that car at the Macon BMW and I do not plan to buy a second. More
