Loaner was very dirty inside Loaner vehicle was very dirty inside. Lots of dirt inside on all floor mats and in “trunk” area. I’ve akways been given a clean vehicle as loaner but Loaner vehicle was very dirty inside. Lots of dirt inside on all floor mats and in “trunk” area. Rescued when out of town Had a flat over 175 miles from home. They not only took care of me they expressed empathy. That made the unexpected bill seem a whole lot better. Service rendered; Problem Solved Problem cropped up and we were taken in no-notice immediately.
