Sale went well however the vehicle wasn't properly inspected The sale went off without a problem and Tyler was great but the Jeep has an oil leak and I'm pretty sure a coolant leak. A Very Poor Day of Service I scheduled service with car pick-up in early January. I received no fewer than five emails reminding me that my car would be picked up at 8:15 am on I scheduled service with car pick-up in early January. I received no fewer than five emails reminding me that my car would be picked up at 8:15 am on Feb. 5. On Feb 4 I received a personal call, and I told the person I would be here. There was no pick-up at 8:15 or 9:15 or 10:15. I called at 10:45 and was told that I was called at 8:30 and did not answer my phone. My phone registered no calls at 8:30 or at any other time from BMW of Macon. I subsequently talked to Shelly at BMW. She had called my number, but it had not gon through by no fault of hers nor mine. She did insist vehemently that she had done her job. Ultimately, my car was picked up at 1:30 pm, I requested that my tires be rotated. My car was returned about 5:00, but my tires did not get rotated. I guess Shelly really did not do her job, did she? (She said that she forgot to inform the service technician about the rotation. It was a bad day of service for me at BMW of Macon. More

One month of ownership, still Waiting for parts Ipurchased a 650 i from the used car side of the dealership, i should state that I have purchased several new BMWs from this dealership prior to buyin Ipurchased a 650 i from the used car side of the dealership, i should state that I have purchased several new BMWs from this dealership prior to buying this used car. Itest drove it and made mention tothe sakemen that there was no dvd for navigation and what happened to the cupholder. He stated he would order the dvd but wasnt sure about the cup holder. Iinformed him that is you look at all the pictures that were on the i ternet every one had the cup holder in it, one of his people took it out and it needs to be replace. After 3 weeks i called there parts department and was told it would take 3 days to have it. I immediately spoke to the saleman and he told me that he was having difficulty getting it, i let him know that he needed to speak to his parts department. As I said this Saturdaywill be one month and still no dvd, or cupholder. I am very dissapointedin the was this was handled, no calls no keeping me in the loop nothing. I Really have nothingelse to say other than dont pick up your vehicle untill it has everything promised, if not you will probably never get it. So so sad More
