excellent customer service I recently brought my X5 in for some warranty work. The service dept had me a loaner vehicle ready when i arrived. Best BMW dealership in Georgia I was searching for a cpo bmw to replace my totaled 2011 bmw 528i. Ramsey response time, attitude, professionalism and knowledge was hands down a 5. I had already visited four others dealers here in Atlanta but wasn’t sold yet on pulling the trigger. I had an appointment the same day I went online and was immediately contacted back by Ramsey needless to say I never made my previous appointment and decided to love forward with BMW of Macon. His attitude and knowledge sealed the deal. They weren’t pushy and I got my 2018 540i which I love. Thanks Ramsey More

Excellent service I was greeted by Shelley when I arrived with a smile and an accommodating approach. She immediately reviewed my work order. I was informed of additional work in a timely manner. I waited for my vehicle in the customer lounge where I was comfortable using the WIFI while I enjoyed coffee, water and snacks. My car was returned to me clean and well serviced. I have no doubt that my request was handled in a timely manner as I would is the experience of all customers. I have been a BMW owner since 1986, primarily because of the excellent service I receive. More

BMW of Macon ROCKS I’ve lost track of how many cars I’ve bought and had serviced through BMW of Macon over the past 20 years. I live 75 miles away, and there are two “other” BMW dealers closer to me - one 17 miles away and one 30 miles away. I had interactions with both those dealers early on, and was left sorely disappointed. Then a colleague suggested BMW of Macon and I have never looked back.
