Unprofessional, poor communication, Dissatisfied with the entire service process and performance to say the least. I brought my vehicle to the dealership expecting the dealer to be able Dissatisfied with the entire service process and performance to say the least. I brought my vehicle to the dealership expecting the dealer to be able to provide better service than a non dealer service center. First, I logged into the dealerships service center and made an appointment to have my vehicle brought in for an inspection/service at a time that would work with my schedule. I selected a time/date, the following afternoon I called to confirm my appt to find out that the system is unreliable and all times were full until the following week. I made another appt, rearranged my work schedule to bring my vehicle in. When I arrived one of the ladies that started my paperwork didn’t know how to generate a RO, the other stepped in to help. I communicated to the person on the phone all service needs, then again to both ladies in the svc dept. I wanted a recommendation on service at the hr interval I was at, to check why the vehicle was pulling to the right,to perform an overall vehicle inspection as I had recently purchased this vehicle. I asked for information on recalls that had been performed expecting everything that I asked for to be done or addressed at some point in the process. The service was started around 3:00 to have my oil changed and inspection. At 5:30 I was called to the office and told it was ready. I was given a total for just an oil change, I asked about the vehicle inspection and why the vehicle was pulling to the right. The lady said she didn’t know anything about any of that and was more interested in taking my money than going over the repairs. She said they could do an alignment but they were about to close and the vehicle had already gone thru cleanup. I was told on the phone at the time of the appt that it would take 1.5 hrs to service and perform everything that I asked for. By now I’m late to pickup my family. 30 mins later it finished again. She tells me an alignment had to be done, it was test drove by the tech and everything was good. I paid $385 and was rushed out the door with no information on the recalls, no information on the previous service work that was done(I brought previous RO info that I asked to be confirmed by the tech if he would glance over while doing the inspection). I drive 2 mi to realize my car still pulls to the right. I called back and everyone was gone for the day. The next day I call to discuss and I was told someone would call me to arrange to have my vehicle picked up if I couldn’t bring in. I waited the entire day (Friday)and no one called. On Monday someone calls to pickup my vehicle. The get my vehicle, I get no calls on Monday, i had to call on Tuesday around 12 to get an update, I was told to call back after lunch. I talked to Lindsay after lunch to find out I paid for an alignment that I didn’t need, I just need new tires. I was never told this the first time it was in for inspection. I was told the alignment was good and it was fixed. I paid $180 for less than 30 mins of work that I didn’t need. Anyone driving the vehicle, and properly inspecting would be able to determine uneven wear on a tire to make a recommendation to replace or rotate tires before charging me $180 to do something that wasn’t going to correct the problem. The only mention of repairs needed was rear brakes in the near future but the weren’t an immediate action repair. Totally dissatisfied with the level of service from this dealership. I was told that I could bring my vehicle back to have an alignment once I bought new tires, but I paid for a service based on your service advisor decision to perform an alignment which only took 30 mins to do at a labor rate of 114.50/hr. I was never given a recommendation on services suggested at the hr interval, I was never given info on recalls, I was never given a time frame or even a price on repairing brakes. I’m dissatisfied to say the least in the lack of professionalism and the service process. My fuel light was on in my vehicle when it was returned and it had a 1/2 tank of fuel. The loaner agreement I signed suggested that I would be charged if the loaner wasn’t at or above the same fuel level when it was picked up so I returned the vehicle above 1/2 tank but I have my vehicle returned with the fuel reserve light on. I should’ve never been in a position to have a loaner in the first place. Highly dissatisfied! I would like the $180 I spent on an alignment to be refunded. More

Negotiations were a bit cumbersome but that goes with buying a car. Overall experience was pleasant and painless. Something should be done with third party cleaning crew. They need to step up their game, especially when delivering a new BMW. That is my only complaint. More
Good Service The service people are always very polite. Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in for service in just a few days after I The service people are always very polite. My only complaint would be that BMW is a high end brand and I would expect dealerships to have loaner vehicles available for their clients. This service center never has loaner vehicles available, but I do appreciate their pick-up/drop-off service to customer's homes. I'll be visiting this dealership in the future. More

Prompt, Courteous, and Professional! BMW of Macon made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Vanessa and Tory were great! Prior to going to the dealership, I BMW of Macon made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Vanessa and Tory were great! Prior to going to the dealership, I was able to establish communications with Vanessa about the vehicle I was interested in and sent her a text when we were about 10 mins out. Upon arrival, they were pulling the car off of the showroom floor and Tory was ready to take us on a test drive. When we decided to make the purchase, the process was quick and simple. We were on our way back home within about 2hrs, which about 30 mins of that was random conversation. More
