Very disappointing The driver delivering my brand NEW car to me, destroyed one of the wheels in the process and didn’t even care. He should not of been driving it in the first place. Also tried to have new black grilles installed and parts ordered the wrong one and service gave me a crazy quote to install them! As my first experience with BMW, I was a bit intimidated with the features available and the car being out of my SUV comfort zone. Mercedes was exceptional in explaining the car in a way that made it both mom friendly and fun to drive. She made sure that I was comfortable with it and had their BMW Genius spend time with me before I left. Her personal approach made it seamless. John Padgett also worked with me in negotiating the sale and comparing models that would fit my needs. This experience not only resulted in my BMW, but also a Tahoe from their pre-owned inventory for my husband. I have already shared my positive experience with my friends and told them that it is well worth the 3 hour drive from our home town. More
