What happened to BMW To start with the BMW we are driving is a brand new 750i, this is our 7 th Bmw. This dealership was at one time one of the very best in my opinion, bu To start with the BMW we are driving is a brand new 750i, this is our 7 th Bmw. This dealership was at one time one of the very best in my opinion, but at this time and this purchase they have taken the ultimate nose dive from customer service to sales. We bought the car over a month ago, we have yet to get a tag and have spoken to eveyone from management to sales. Still not one return call. We pay 1000 dollars per month for a car I cant drive since the 11 th of june and still no calls, no tag no nothing. They should all be fired for the work they have done. By another brand the car is not what it once was and this dealership is now one of the worst.. Day 26 no tag still spoke with bmw finance and they were shocked and stated that we should make a complaint, no kidding. Spoke to someone at bmw and they told me to go to my tag office and they should be willing to extend our temp tag. Well I guess I have nothing better than stand in line at the tag office. I should have bought the mercedes but my wife wanted the bmw. I think it will be her last, she is a slow brewer but when she hits her limit she will do what needs to be done and in this case sue if need be and it will be her last bmw. Final note, what ever happened to this dealership is so very sad and if you are in the market fir a bmw make the drive to a dealer that has there act together and customer service as it should be. More
