The morning that I came in to get the rim fixed, I could tell no one wanted me there. No one looked me in the eye or even spoke to me until I spoke to them. Mercedes was off this day. I felt like I wasn't their priority... and they were just worried about the person who was going to be purchasing the next car. Very unprofessional experience. My family and I have bought many NEW BMW cars from them and have always had a better experience. Again, Mercedes was wonderful and we appreciate her help. More

My first time for service here and she went out of her way to give me fantastic service to in Sheila Meadows in the service department is the bomb!!! My first time for service here and she went out of her way to give me fantastic service to include estimates for some issues AND pointing out that I had a bad tire that needed replacement. She even talked to the service personnel to get their thoughts on a few questions I gad about service for certain things. And they were kind enough to give me a ride home. 5 year warranty Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an issue with the A/C and I was told that the warranty had expired, 3 years into it. I told them that as it was explained to me, I had 5 years from my purchase date. Turns out that the finance manager and salesman told me wrong. It is based on original purchase date or when it was first put into service. Not a good way to retain customers! More
