Need to provide loaner vehicles The staff was awesome and the service was great! My only issue is they do not provide loaner vehicles and, my service took 3 hours! This is my second BMW, when I lived in VA, I used to take my first one to BMW of Alexandria, I was always offered a loaner when I took it in for service. I feel that if you pay 50K for a vehicle, at least the dealer can do is offer you a loaner vehicle, especially when the service requires 3 hours! More

Puncture in tire One of my run flat tires was low and needed checking out. I could not stay when I first went in so Sheila put air in my tire and I returned later the One of my run flat tires was low and needed checking out.
