Shady Finance manager. We new of special APR rate from BMW. He insisted there was none. We bought the car and left. Living out of state we knew we could not go back any time We new of special APR rate from BMW. He insisted there was none. We bought the car and left. Living out of state we knew we could not go back any time soon. We called BMW and YES, there was a cheaper % rate. We called the dealer and finance guy multiple times. Told BMW to call them. Alas. Service visit. My service was great. Shelley and Lindsay always take good care of me. My car was picked up and returned to me at work. They provided me with a loaner My service was great. There is only one small thing that I wish the service department could have done. I had a parking lamp out and I had new bulb in my glove box. They couldn't replace it without charging me $60 for two bulbs and installation. Thanks for always giving me great service. More
