After entering I was greeted by a really nice associate at the front desk and was offered refreshments as I waited for the other associate. Giuseppe Baldin really listened to my needs and wants and effectively helped me come to a decision on which BMW would be best for me. Everything he said was transparent and he didn't use any tactics. I was overall happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership and Giuseppe Baldin to anybody interested in a Beamer. More

They were very helpful in finding the M550 I was looking for. We negotiated over the phone and after reaching an agreement I drove to KC to pick up the car. While I was doing the paperwork Tarek took my kids to the BMW store and gave each of them an RC car to keep them entertained. My entire experience with the everyone at BMW KC South was great, including the finance guys Jordan and Nick who were very friendly. Good service, horrible wash Brought car in for oil service, tire rotation, and to address a few other issues. Service department was friendly and addressed all my concerns. Had the tires rotated and not all tires were set to the correct tire pressures. Car was "washed" very poorly. Full of streaks and areas that were not cleaned. Found swirl marks and surface scratches in the paint. Very unhappy with the quality of the wash. Was considering having my car detailed there but will take it somewhere else. More
