Incorrect diagnosis, no follow-up confirmation Came in due to air conditioning not working after extended use. Stated fault log would not be used as check, only reinforcement of diagnosis. When told reset was complete, it was clear fault log wasn’t checked for confirmation. Air conditioning is still working sporadically. Would never come back here, have low confidence that good investigation would be done. Good part: customer service was very rapid and friendly. More
