The replacement part look long time to order and when it was ordered, it was ordered incorrectly. Wanted to provide feedback to BMW to have me replace the entire quarter glass and pay for several hours of labor when only a weather strip on the quarter glass needs gluing. Otherwise, the job was done well. Good loaner car provided. Will revisit again. More

Not pushy We arrived at the dealershio to look at a specific car. Thankfully the vultures were not lurking in the parking lot. My husband went and got the saleman he had messaged about the vehicle. Our salesman was very knowledgable of the vehicle; even though it was not a bmw. We drove the car and it was what we were looking for. We went inside ran some numbers and kindly told them we needed to sleep on. The salesman clearly wanted our business but did not pressure us; he respected our choice to walk away. We went back the next day to look at car again. We drove the car again. Meanwhile someone got wind we were trading in our vehicle and wanted to buy it. All the paper was completed with the trade included. Our salesman did not get irritated ... nothing! We felt like we were doing the right thing and we all agreed. The financial process was essentially stress free. At no point in the process did we feel any pressure.
