Service issues resolved. I had service performed on 2 occasions. Both times the staff was very courteous and responsive. I did encounter some issues with the diagnoses and once I reported them the service manager immediately became concerned and took decisive action to resolve those issues. This dealer is committed to customer satisfaction and that is awesome because BMW owners LOVE these cars. More
