Oil change ... and then I bought a truck! I went in for an oil change on my 535i, and as I was making myself a cup of coffee for the short wait when Giuseppe asked if I needed any assistance . He said that they had one on the lot (much to my surprise). I had been considering this purchase for a while. I traded in a 21 year old 4Runner, and got myself a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat. Certainly not an even trade (ha) but I bought this truck, I was not sold a truck. Excellent service by all staff - I always feel welcome, valued and respected. Awesome experience and I am so happy to be working with Kansas City South BMW.. they are certainly.head and shoulders above the rest! More

Baron BMW in Kansas Cit I have been driving BMW's since 1979. I have had them serviced in Palo Alto, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Kansas City. Baron BMW in Kansas City used to hold the title of Best, but they have long since been eclipsed by BMW of Kanas City South. We happen to use Clint Wong, who is an A+, but the whole service staff is terrific. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More
