They called me to set up oil change and filter replacement saying it was covered in my carried over maintenance plan. I asked them to confirm that while in the phone and they said “yes, it will be replacement saying it was covered in my carried over maintenance plan. I asked them to confirm that while in the phone and they said “yes, it will be no cost to you.” I just bought the car in November and have had lots of issues since - speak to navigate feature doesn’t work, moon roof is ver loud - and I purchased a Certified car because of the extra warranty but and would have guessed they would have done an oil change before selling it to me given that extra certification. I have only driven it 1,000 miles since buying and have a hard time believing a $214 oil change was really necessary. Or, why wasn’t that done before selling it to me? While at the dealership, they are nice enough, but there is definitely the feeling that they’re doing everything possible to get more money out of the customer. I overheard some interesting conversations while waiting for 3 hours for the work to be done. Apparently I’m not the only one who feels that way. Really hoping my experience with a BMW and this location service improves. I’m hopeful and hoping it’s just bad luck and things will improve once they can fix the things wrong with the car when I bought it (but wouldn’t have know until driving it a while). More

The entire support staff, especially the internet specialist, Colin Coit, were also of real help in finding the model I wanted and training me on the many features of my new SUV. While I have only had the X3 a few days, I have found it both fun to drive and easy to understand the safety and entertainment features. Five stars to BMW and BMW of South KC! More

First time buyer I have bought BMW's from other dealers, some good, some, well, not so good. South KC BMW had a car I was interested in. I did the internet thing and made an appointment to look at it. I drove it, liked it and decided right there to do my best to get it. The gang worked with me, my budget and my nuttiness.. A couple of hours later, I was driving to an appointment. I smiled all the way until I tried the horn. No noise, I looked at the spec sheet and the car did not have the stealth horn option. I called the dealership and told the sales dude (Keith) and he set up an appointment that afternoon to fix it. I was at the shop maybe an hour before the service advisor came to tell me the car was ready to go! I recommend this dealership at the highest level. More
