This is the best bmw dealer I’ve ever been too 10 out of 10. I didn’t even have to ask for a loner and they didn’t try and sell me other useless services like other bmw dealers. Good Experience It was a cool evening with a slight mist when I pulled into the dealership. Even though it is hidden away down a winding road, once I arrived, I foun It was a cool evening with a slight mist when I pulled into the dealership. Even though it is hidden away down a winding road, once I arrived, I found a pleasant and well organized dealership. With a friendly hello at the front desk, I stated that there was a specific used car I saw on-line that I would like to speak with someone about. It was a slow Monday evening at the dealership and a salesman soon appeared and brought the car around for me to see - but not before I was offered a bottle of water to soothe a tickle in my throat - a very welcomed bottle of water and with a very pleasant water taste. Then we went on the test drive. Down side streets, highways - and I assume byways even though I am not totally sure what those are -with pleasant conversation, it was a pleasing drive spent pushing all of the buttons and driving quickly and also much more slowly. Back at the dealership we got down to brass tacks (not exactly sure what that means either) and discussed specifics about the car, the history of the car, the price of the car, financing of the car, and also a brief discussion of my 3-legged dog. By the end of this evening, and well past closing time of the dealership, I departed seated in a different car than I had arrived in - as I had purchased the previously mentioned vehicle. It was a smooth transaction with friendly people, and a well-run dealership - very well organized and very easy to work with. It made the cool temperatures and slightly gloomy weather just a bit easier to deal with. All in all, a satisfying experience that elevated the spirit and probably, in ways that may be difficult to fully explain, elevated humanity, even if just a tiny bit. More

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable surrounding..Fast service and if I were closer I would have all my service work done here.
