Poor internal communication. Difficult to work with over the phone. Must do business traditional and in person for a chance at satisfaction. Assumptions, miscommunications, and people not being in the offic the phone. Must do business traditional and in person for a chance at satisfaction. Service overall was sub par and they just blamed it on COVID-19 when there is a fundamental problem in the dealership with communications between employees. More

Was surprised Covid 19 protocols were not adhered to.
