Paul Tracy and all of the staff are always wonderful and very attentive to making sure that I understand the needs of my BMW X5 vehicle. In addition, I used BMW roadside assist and I had to wait for three very attentive to making sure that I understand the needs of my BMW X5 vehicle. This dealership was very eager to see a car late April but once that was done, it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. After three weeks of having issues with them either not listening to t but once that was done, it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. After three weeks of having issues with them either not listening to the issues that I had with the car or them not communicating at all they finally got the scratch that was in the side of the car fixed after I was promised they would.
