Superior experience Service has always been superior at BMW of the Hudson Valley. Trailer Hitch Installation and Service for my X5 I wanted a Class 3 trailer hitch and wiring set-up for my 2012 BMW X5 as well as a brake controller added to the system so that I could tow a RV my wi I wanted a Class 3 trailer hitch and wiring set-up for my 2012 BMW X5 as well as a brake controller added to the system so that I could tow a RV my wife and I just purchased. Chris Cialini guided me through the entire process seamlessly. First he obtained an accurate estimate of the costs involved (which turned out to be spot on); he then explained the entire process to me as to how the installation would be done, how the final product would look and then worked with me to select a convenient date for the work. He provided a no-cost loaner car, phoned me with updates as the work was being done and then had my car waiting for me at the dealership's door, freshly washed and vacuumed. When a person buys a high end car like a BMW it is right for them to expect high end service and BMW of the Hudson Valley, and Chris Cialini, as well as the other members of the parts and service teams, deliver a quality of service to match the quality of the machine they sell. The parts department spent a great deal of time on their computer system going over towing accessories with me and never made me feel rushed. While I was paying for the hitch installation Chris went over the service requirements for my wife's 2012 X3 and set up an appointment for her as well. Also, I should add that while my car was in the shop for the hitch installation Chris went over the service history of the vehicle and had a number of service items, including a brake system service and cabin filter replacement performed saving me another trip to the shop. BMW buyers are discriminating shoppers who expect top service for their top notch machines--they'll get that treatment at BMW of the Hudson Valley, I would highly recommend the dealership, both for the purchase of a vehicle and its service and repair. More
Last minute service.. I purchased a new BMW X1 from BMW of the Hudson Valley in October 2013, this being my third BMW. One of the top reasons I returned to BMW of the HV (besides the awesomeness of the car) was there service department. It wasn't often that I was in but the courtesy and professionalism shown by all the staff was incredible. They make you feel like your need are the most important. I suddenly came to realize on a Saturday afternoon that I was leaving for a three week trip and I had yet to have a first service. May not have needed one but to put my nerves at ease Joanne was able to squeeze me in on Monday. There aren't many dealerships that would go out of their way to help you like that. My Kudos to all of those at BMW of the HV, including those behind the scenes. More

Consistently the benchmark for a service organization I have two BMW 328's, both with X-drive; a 2007 that is now driven by my wife and a 2013 that is my primary vehicle. Both were purchased new and both I have two BMW 328's, both with X-drive; a 2007 that is now driven by my wife and a 2013 that is my primary vehicle. Both were purchased new and both have been serviced exclusively by Phil Dolce's service department. Over the years I've grown accustomed to a consistently excellent, end-to-end customer experience and I thought it was time for me to let others know. When I make an appointment, Christina is pleasant, professional and bends over backwards to accomodate my schedule. When I arrive, the service advisors (Joanne, Joanna or Chris) greet my by name, speed me throug the check-in process and have my loaner car ready immediately after I give them my keys. If I wait for the car, the client lounge is comfortable and condusive to working on my computer. Everything about my interactions with the staff reflects that they value me as a customer. What's most impressive about HVBMW's service department is their technical expertise. This starts at the top -- their service director (Phil) has an understanding of his products' engineering that is well beyond most of the service managers I have dealt with over the years. As an engineering manager myself, I really appreciate it that I can talk with someone on a technical level. It is also apparent that Phil holds his technicians to a very high standard. I once had a "funny noise" that presented under certain road conditions. Phil and his "noise expert" (I believe his name is Liam) rode around town with me to duplicate the noise, Liam thought he knew the source and by the end of the day he identified the root cause. The parts were ordered, the noise was fixed (under warranty) and Liam took it upon himself to educate me on the issue. Great service all around. To sum up, this service department is prefessional, exhibits a high degree of competence and clearly values me as a customer. I couldn't ask for anything more in a service organization, which is why I consider them the benchmark. More
My check engine light went on in my 2013 BMW 328i w/x-drive. Due to my work schedule, I could not get the car to the dealership. My salesman met me at my Dr's office to pick up my car and leave me w/x-drive. Due to my work schedule, I could not get the car to the dealership. My salesman met me at my Dr's office to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner. The problem turned out to be minor and while they had my car they had received 2 new service bulletins/recalls which they took care of while my car was there. I got my car back the same day. Could not be more pleased with the prompt attention to my needs. When I returned to pick up my car, it was ready and just needed to wait a couple of minutes as it was receiving a complimentary wash while it was there. Fast, courteous and friendly service. They are really showing me that customer service is a main focus of their daily routine. More
