A great experience thanks to Michael Bueti! After a rather unpleasant experience earlier in the year at this dealership (thanks to a mistake made by another employee), I had pretty much ruled ou After a rather unpleasant experience earlier in the year at this dealership (thanks to a mistake made by another employee), I had pretty much ruled out getting another BMW. However, even at that time I was very impressed with Michael and the way he handled the situation, so I decided to at least give him a chance to try to make things right. Well, he went above and beyond to convince me to come back. He is extremely honest and a real straight forward professional. He is very knowledgeable about his business and his products and he is very focused on his customer service. After the deal was struck, he kept me informed as to the progress of the car (which had to be ordered the way I wanted it) and upon delivery he took care of all the details and I had to do practically nothing (except pay for the car!). The financial closing with Andrew was quick and efficient and Matthew, the delivery "genius" did an excellent job updating me on new features. All-in-all a great experience and I would definitely recommend the dealership and, especially, Michael Bueti. More

I merely went in for a NY State Inspection and was reminded that an oil change and new windshield wipers were due if I had the time to spend waiting. I said "Certainly". The visit, of course, included a car wash and vacuuming inside. While waiting I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee and a bagel as well. By the way Joanna is always very cordial and helpful. More

Recently I had mysterious dent in my front quarter panel. I mentioned it to my service adviser and they mentioned they had a dent removal service. However, working with Chelsea, Anu and the great staff, I couldn't imagine purchasing at another dealer. Just 80 miles away I located at last minute the colors I wanted but I did not want to change the people I worked with. I received an amazing deal thats too good to be posted here. More

While spending the money required to maintain a BMW is never pleasant, BMW of Hudson Valley does whatever they can to ensure that every dollar spent i While spending the money required to maintain a BMW is never pleasant, BMW of Hudson Valley does whatever they can to ensure that every dollar spent is put to good use. I traded in my first BMW there over 2 years ago after moving to the area, buying a CPO E83. Warranty service was performed without my having to mention anything, the service department always informs me when preventive maintenance service is requested more frequently than BMW's recommendations, and all service performed is completed on time with an attention to detail. I bypass closer dealers simply to deal with Hudson Valley's service department; Joanne is always prompt in answering my emails questioning when certain maintenance items are due, and they NEVER try to up-sell me on unnecessary service, which is rare for dealers or service shops. I've always performed all my own vehicle service on all vehicles due to my performing better work than any shop I've come across, but this department is the first that I trust more than myself to perform service work. While I plan to take my X3 well over 200k miles, I certainly see myself buying another BMW from Hudson Valley, and having it serviced there. More
