After a rather unpleasant experience earlier in the year at this dealership (thanks to a mistake made by another employee), I had pretty much ruled ou After a rather unpleasant experience earlier in the year at this dealership (thanks to a mistake made by another employee), I had pretty much ruled out getting another BMW. However, even at that time I was very impressed with Michael and the way he handled the situation, so I decided to at least give him a chance to try to make things right. Well, he went above and beyond to convince me to come back. He is extremely honest and a real straight forward professional. He is very knowledgeable about his business and his products and he is very focused on his customer service. After the deal was struck, he kept me informed as to the progress of the car (which had to be ordered the way I wanted it) and upon delivery he took care of all the details and I had to do practically nothing (except pay for the car!). The financial closing with Andrew was quick and efficient and Matthew, the delivery "genius" did an excellent job updating me on new features. All-in-all a great experience and I would definitely recommend the dealership and, especially, Michael Bueti. More
