We spoke on the phone, we told her which car we were interested in purchasing, we met at your dealership, spoke for another couple of hours and by the time we knew it, we had purchased a car – we cannot stress to you how simple and uncomplicated the process was with Chelsea coupled with Landers and Anne pre and post purchasing – super professional – oh yeah, Joanne, who we have dealt with numerous times in the past is also incredible. My favorite car in the world...up until now I was strictly a Mercedes driver because 20 years ago I heard that the motor was on rollers and wouldn't smash you in your seat. Since I was sort of commuting to NYC from Millbrook, you think about stuff like this...especially if you inherited a bit of a lead foot!! More

It's the kind of service you'd expect from a luxury dealership and they deliver on all cylinders...especially my advisor, Mike Bueti. My latest 3 series acquistion was the third I got from Mike. I hadn't leased a BMW since early 2011 however Mike and stayed I touch on and off since then, always knowing the allure and the power of a BMW would bring me back again someday. I walked into the dealership last weekend and it was as if I never left and Mike made me feel at home and back into the BMW family. The other major reason for returning to this dealership again was the top flight service department and the service advisors. Again the type of service experience you expect from a luxury brand. I highly recommend BMW. of the Hudson Valley and if you can make an appointment to see Mike! More
