Trust I have been a BMW customer since 1997. Because of a uncomfortable experience with another BMW dealership, I was ready to get use to driving an automob I have been a BMW customer since 1997. Because of a uncomfortable experience with another BMW dealership, I was ready to get use to driving an automobile of a different make. Fortunately, the lease on the BMW I was driving was ready to expire, and a gentleman by the name of Wasyl Bozydaj called and a new relationship with a salesperson and a dealership, was created. My association with Wasyl and other members of BMW of Hudson Valley which includes the service team, has not only been rewarding, but has instilled a sense of well being and above all, a feeling of trust. Oh yes, I also enjoy driving my BMW. More

Impeccable service Bmw of the hudson valley has made me a lifetime customer! This is my 3rd bmw from this dealership. Each time i have purchased a car, they have given Bmw of the hudson valley has made me a lifetime customer! This is my 3rd bmw from this dealership. Each time i have purchased a car, they have given me personal service. They all know me by name and greet me with a smile. The manager remembers that i enjoy wine and has presented me with a bottle at each of my purchases! My salesman, Wasyl, knows my preferences and tries to accomodate me with them for my price! The "genuis", Anne, took the time and patiently explained all the technology to me! Bmw of the hudson valley is the only place i will buy my cars from! Thank you! More
Not Honorable, Don't Care & Poorly Managed It is hard to believe that all these good reviews are from real customers. We've tried to do business with this "slack" dealership 4 different times a It is hard to believe that all these good reviews are from real customers. We've tried to do business with this "slack" dealership 4 different times and each time we have been disappointed. Most recently: we found a used BMW online that we called this dealership about. I spoke with the Sales Manager and told her we would come in and look at the car. Within an hour I was there, meeting with a "client advisor", test driving the car and discussing the price my husband would offer. I loved the car and left the dealership after making (and confirming) an appointment for my husband the next day at 12:00, and asking the sales person to go right inside and discuss our offering $11,000 for the 2005 car. The sales person agreed to do that and we parted ways. The next day my husband drove the 40 minutes it takes to get to the dealership to meet with the sales person only to find out the car had been SOLD that morning. I called the Sales Manager and she said she couldn't stop someone from buying it since we hadn't left a deposit. I explained to her that we had talked price with the sales person the previous day and the sales person should have reviewed that and our intentions with her. The Sales Mgr said the following: the man who bought the car paid the FULL PRICE ($13,000); she wasn't aware and never spoke to the Sales Person about my discussion of $11,000 and she never knew I even came in to test drive the car from the Sales Person. She didn't know my husband was coming in so of course no one could give us a COURTESY CALL to save him the trip. When I asked why she couldn't even apologize for the mistakes she said…"if that's what it takes for you, ok, I apologize". I asked to have my call transferred to the Sales Person to find out what had happened. According to the sales person, 1) she HAD SPOKEN TO THE SALES MGR THE PREVIOUS DAY AND TOLD HER OF OUR DISCUSSION; 2) the man who purchased the car that morning paid $11,000 (not $13,000 as told by the Sales Mgr.), 3) the sales person came in at noon so she did not have time to give us courtesy call…the Sales Manager just didn't stay on top of it. 4) the sales person did make a mistake by not asking for a deposit but she didn't think it would sell (?). They do not have a HOLD policy. To make up for all the ill-will created, the Sales Manager said she would scour BMW lists and find us a similar used car and have it transported ASAP. Well, this is the second business day and we have yet to hear from her. My guess is we will NEVER hear from her because I have already found several used cars on BMWUSA's site, so they are out there. Again, she is "johnny on the spot" or maybe she always makes promises and does not keep them. There is just something wrong with a Sales Manager who lies to a customer, says she'll do something then doesn't do it (e.g., search for another car) can't apologize nicely when someone is clearly upset (no empathy here), can't make a courtesy call to save someone a trip, and blames the sales person for her own mistakes. I hate this dealership for giving BMW a bad name. Love the cars but these people are either SLACK or SLEAZY. They will never get our new car business and we suggest you go to Westchester if you want good sales & service for a BMW! More

He gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision and let us know the costs associated with each and how they would affect our payments. He also informed us about additional protections that he would recommend being in the NE of the US, snow/pot holes etc. We didn't take them all, but nice information to know. Was a pleasure dealing with Mike and Matt, and we even got a full tank of fuel in our encore visit a week later for any questions we had with the car after having used it for a while. More

Back in the BMW Saddle again. I am one month in on my lease of the 428XI Convertible Hard Top. Love, love, love being able to drive this car! I owned BMW's from 2002-2008 and had the opportunty to puchase a used Audi A4 Convertible, followed by two more Audi convertibles. Awesome to have a AWD Quatro Convertible, but still....it wasnt "the ultimate driving machine"! BMW of the Husdon Valley made my transition back to BMW a pleasure. They make is a special experience to purchase this special car. Can't say enough about the professionalism of Chelsea Weyant, my Sales Associate. More
