So when I initially stepped foot at BMW of the Hudson Valley, looking for a car, I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone I met along the way was pleasant and made the process of choosing and purchasing a vehicle a simple and stress-free experience. I appreciate that David, one of the client advisors, was supportive and really listened to my needs and was not pushy for me to buy; Ken in finances was well organized and made sure everything went smoothly; Gabriela, a "BMW genius," gave a helpful overview of the vehicle's features. They also welcomed me to reach out should I ever have further questions about my car. If anyone is considering buying a vehicle now or in the future, I would not hesitate to recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley. It's worth it. More

He was always instantly available via email or phone and even came in during his day off in order to have me take delivery of the new car. I felt he was definitely trying to build a relationship rather than treating me purely on a transactional basis. I would do business with him and this dealership again. Amanda - the product specialist - was knowledgeable and patient and helped me with many of my set up features. She also made herself instantly available when I came back the following day with additional questions. More
Service ABOVE AND BEYOND I was in for routine oil service with appointment yesterday for my X1. Service Rep Joey was excellent and helpful. She provided me with information o I was in for routine oil service with appointment yesterday for my X1. Service Rep Joey was excellent and helpful. She provided me with information on a few issues I was having with settings on blue tooth and GPS. When car was ready they brought it up for me and I drove away. 15 minutes after I left the parking lot I received a call from Joanne in service advising me to return the car because they saw some drops of oil in front of the service waiting area where my car was parked. Fortunately I was nearby parked at a shopping center, so I went out to bring the car back when i saw oil dripping from under the vehicle. I arrived at the service dept minutes later...Joanne was there to direct me into 1 of the bays where technician looked at the problem immediately. Turned out gasket from oil filter was damaged from manufacturer. It was replaced and was on my way in 20 minutes. Both Joey and Joanne showed me they care...and their professionalism makes me want to tell everyone how impressed I was with them. I also received a very nice swag for next service for the problem...which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated. Had they not been as detail oriented as they were in noticing the oil drip, I would have driven home, over 50 miles and who knows how much oil would have leaked before I detected it... Thanks for caring and being on top of everything there. More

Simply The Best - BMW of the Hudson Valley I stopped by BMW of the Hudson Valley about a week ago to “look” at the cars on the lot. I currently own a 2008 535xi and love it. BMW service at th I stopped by BMW of the Hudson Valley about a week ago to “look” at the cars on the lot. I currently own a 2008 535xi and love it. BMW service at this location has been exceptional! Well, this particular day was a hot, late Friday afternoon. I noticed the salesman , Michael Bueti and thank goodness he noticed me too! Michael was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and down right nice. I ran into his boss Anu who happened to have sold me my first BMW as a salesperson- now she’s the senior manager there - go BMW! Oh and to top it off, JoAnne from Service comes through and says - hey what are you doing over here? She actually recognized me as a long standing client. Long story short - I bought a 530x that day. I felt like family and knew they would take care of me. The experience ended with Landers (Finance) and Amanda (Product Specialist) doing a fantastic job getting the car ready for pick up and ensuring I understood all the features. Simply the best car buying experience.... thanks to Michael and the entire BMW Hudson Valley Team! More

Better than I expected I was in to service my BMW that I purchased 3 years ago. I wanted to talk about possibly upgrading though my current BMW was great and i was happy w I was in to service my BMW that I purchased 3 years ago. I wanted to talk about possibly upgrading though my current BMW was great and i was happy with. I ended up leasing a 2019 540 I and am very happy. There was no pressure and the salesman Dave was determined to get me exactly what I wanted even though it may come from another dealer. There was no pressure from start to finish and I actually got a better deal than I expected. More
