My last 4 BMW's were bought via BMW of the Hudson Valley. This most recent experience with the Dealership (culminating with taking possession of my 2016 328Xi) has been an outstandingly positive experience...I credit John Robertson with the highest marks,for his skillful advice,his patience and sense of empathy over a period of several weeks leading to my latest purchase. And I am also very grateful to Ms Singh who has been stalwart over the last 3 years in "being there" for this Senior Beamer Client. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went into this experience very hesitantly - I've never had a good car buying experience in the past. Met with John Robertson and we reviewed the tw I went into this experience very hesitantly - I've never had a good car buying experience in the past. Met with John Robertson and we reviewed the two models I was interested in and took them both for a test drive. There was no pressure to make an immediate purchase. A couple weeks later I returned, and the negotiation process was painless; felt like John was in my corner the entire way. After waiting only 4 (out of the projected 8) weeks I was in my new car and getting a tutorial from Matt Kara. There was a lot to review as this was my first BMW. Matt spent over an hour with me that day reviewing all the car's features. He had answers to all of my questions, and we set up an encore appointment for a couple weeks later. I only had two or three questions at the encore appointment but Matt was right there once again with the answers. Overall, this has been my best car buying experience ever, and I will be returning for my next BMW. More

I was looking for a great customer service experience where the individuals I talked/worked with showed an interest in my needs, did not try to oversell me, as well as a dealership that would honor the USAA member benefits I had. When I first met John R. from BMW Hudson Valley he was very sincere (and continued to be throughout the car buying experience). What I appreciated of the bat was that he also showed me a model that was even less expensive than what I was looking for, so I had visibility of both models (as I had not looked at the X4 previously) and could make up my mind on what was best for me based on: budget and what I wanted in a car. When I presented the USAA benefits and told him I needed a dealership that would honor that and had others that were listed as USAA partners but preferred to continue my business with him and Hudson Valley, he went to bat for me, and came back with the best offer. (I knew the figures and greatly appreciated we didn't have to continue to negotiate.) Throughout the process John also stayed in touch with me constantly and answered every single question (and I had a lot!). The ones he could not answer he got back with me very promptly. On the evening when I picked up my car, the experience was just the same, no trying to upsell on extra warranties and the such. Matt who helped get my car all ready with setting up the electronics, preferences etc, was great as well. He spent 2 hours with me going through all the bells and whistles of this awesome BMW x6, and after 8pm at night when doors were closing. A truly great car buying experience. Sam More
