The car was waiting for us when we got there and the sales associate (Andrew) was very accommodating. We both got to test the car and it was great! We decided to purchase the car and the experience just got better after that. We had to arrive at the pickup appointment at different times due to our jobs, but that didn't faze the dealership. Matt did a really go review of the bells and whistles in the car and Landers made the financing discussion human. These folks really know how to help a new BMW owner get going. More

Mike was patient with me as we searched for the exact car I wanted this time. Anu and Marcus bend over backwards to work out lease pricing acceptable to me and stay within my budget. 5 star salesman, 3 stars for dealership I am pleased with Mike, he is a friendly person and made the transaction of purchasing my used 2012 Toyota Tacoma pleasant. Unfortunately upon arrivin I am pleased with Mike, he is a friendly person and made the transaction of purchasing my used 2012 Toyota Tacoma pleasant. Unfortunately upon arriving home I noticed a few issues with the vehicle and the following weeks after. I live on the second floor of an apartment. When i walked up the back steps to the send floor I noticed something on the truck that would only be noticed from an elevated view of the truck. The XM fin antenna was ripped off the top of the truck leaving an exposed chip and electrical components. In order for the fin to be installed two holes must be drilled into the roof of the truck, so when the rain came a few days later water leaked into the truck. I believe that this has caused the next problem i will talk about. A week later after attempting to cover the holes, my battery died in the truck. I have searched high and low for any electrical feature that may have been left on but cannot find anything that could cause this. The battery died when I stopped at a gas station after having the truck run for over an hour, so it is not as if the truck key was turned with the radio running or the lights on for hours draining the battery. I will find the source of the issue this week. Hopefully it is simply a case of the dealership selling me the truck with a junk battery. Since the XM antenna is torn off the truck the XM radio does not work, but the "tech specialist" at the dealership set up my XM free trial, which is now going to waste since i have no connection to the satellite radio. I am annoyed with the dealership itself for lack of care on checking over these issues and defects with the truck, or at least informing me on what would needed to be replaced upon purchase. The areas where I saved money on the truck are now null and void due to the costs to fix the issues I am having. I would be suspicious as to what other issues a used car would have if ever purchasing a vehicle through them again. The dealership receives 3 stars in my book and Mike on the other hand is a wonderful person and made my experience at the dealership pleasant. He took personal care in each step of the transactions and took an interest in my needs from my vehicle. Mike receives 5 stars from me. Thank you Mike! More

He is amazing - he knows me, remembers what I like and don't like in cars, and always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the leasing process is fair, fast and smooth. He even drove a car to my house to test drive on Christmas Eve! Michael is always available via email or phone anytime to handle any questions or concerns. He's not only the consummate professional, but he's a genuinely lovely person. Cannot recommend him highly enough! More

Wonderful salesmanship and was very pleasant to work with. Felt welcomed and never has any problems getting feedback from him. An overall very satisfied experience. He also worked with service on ordering me a spare key. I just left him a message about a missing Wheel Cap Emblem which I'm sure he will assist me with! I researched the car online, spoke with Wasyl on the phone and the quote and trade-in were set within hours. And unlike the other dealers, there were no hidden surprises. Car looks great, drives great and wife happy. More

Fortunately for me, Munch was the salesperson assigned to me when I walked in one day over the summer and he really listened to me about what I was looking for in a car. I appreciated that he didn't try to steer me toward pricier options or a different model as he listens carefully to what his customers want. I'll never forget the first test drive and him telling me to just trust the car on the Spackenkill curve off Rt. 9. I was a bit intimidated, but he was right - the car handled like a dream on the curve. The actual ordering process was a breeze and Munch kept me posted on my car as it was being built as the BMW website & phone system weren't always up to date. The only slight downside or negative I had with the whole purchasing experience was the finance department. Finance manager seems nice enough, but is not exactly responsive. I had to call him several times to get everything squared away and even then, things didn't go smoothly due to what I feel was a lack of communication. Matt K. was great in helping me set up my car and explaining things. There are still things I'm trying to figure out and I know Matt showed me how to do them, but they didn't sink in right away. Matt truly knows his way around the car and how to set it up. I've had my car for over a month now and Munch has reached out several times to see how I am making out with the car - I appreciated the effort to stay in touch as other dealer representatives I've worked with don't give you a second thought once you've driven off the lot. Matt has also reached out to see if there is anything further I need with the car so it's great to know that I can call upon the Genius again if I can't figure something out. More
