The first car we purchased was a certified pre-owned the certification was subpar and after a few back and forth emails we were able to fix that issue. Was a pre-owned vehicle that did not qualify for certified pre-owned, that was a wonderful experience and a fair deal and we've been very happy with for the past two years. This third purchase is another used car that does not meet certified pre-owned qualifications, however the beautiful car and the sales team went the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. We haven't had much interaction with the service department because of the quality of the last two purchases, and I am sure they are improved from the issues we had 8 years ago with our first interaction More

Dennis (collision person)is in my opinion racist (not the first time I was treated poorly but the last) and playing ball with Insurance companies. Had to ask Dennis for MR Dolce's number three times!! Mr. Dolce was no help at all...Site is losing a lot of business because of these two guys. More
