What was interesting was no mention of the small dings that the car had upon delivery for which I will not be held responsible upon return were never mentioned. I had to document such.The lengthy time with the finance manager was tiresome. And time and encouragement to read what one is signing is never there in any modern transactions, car or anything else. We are encouraged to read everything we sign, but that is purely enforced. Not unusual. The "genius" that supposedly showed me the controls, settings, etc. when I picked the car up was not very helpful. She went through it quickly and should have let ME try the controls. For several days, I have been left baffled and frustrated with too much technology on the car. Additional sessions would not be helpful since she couldn't answer some of my questions and never followed up on finding out answers to questions she could not answer. People learn by doing. Better teaching techniques are needed and would lead to "happier" customers. The owner's manual is of little help. It tells you something about the what of a button, feature, icon, but not about HOW to operate (in understandable English) or the WHY. I have inquired of friends who have BMW's but different models and plan to speak to a trusted mechanic about the how and why. The manual also refers to all models within a series and makes it difficult to weed out what the car I have has or doesn't have. Feedback to manual writers should be given. More

We chose this car among 3 top of the line ones we have seen at other dealerships. My husband is very excited and we would like to drive it as much as we can. Interior of the car, and handling the buttons is very comfortable. We buy every 2-3 years a new car, we are hoping our next one is a BMW. The sales person was extremely nice and answered our many questions. Rebecca, the pleasant and beautiful young lady, she was extremely nice to answer our questions. she is calling us if we have further questions. He handled the trade in and delivered my new x4 the next day.Namiti Kohli was very knowledgable with the details of how the car worked on a daily basis, she set up all the controls custom to my needs. Amazing All around My wife and I had been in the market for an X3 for about a month before we found BMW of Hudson Valley. We had visited the local dealerships and had a My wife and I had been in the market for an X3 for about a month before we found BMW of Hudson Valley. We had visited the local dealerships and had a very specific color and optioned car in mind that we wanted. Each of the other dealers wanted to see us order the vehicle as they said the one we were asking for was not going to be on a lot anywhere. While we were OK with waiting the 4-6 weeks, it would have meant losing a $1k incentive that BMW was offering during the month of February 2016 and with a new born at home, that $1k savings equated to a lot of diapers. Through an internet search of my own, I reached out to BMW of Hudson Valley to inquire about the options on a vehicle I saw on their lot through their website. Andrew Taffe reached out within an hour of the request on a Saturday and while the car in question was not the specific car my wife and I were looking for, he was able to locate one that fit the bill by that afternoon at a dealership in NJ. Throughout the day on Saturday, he and I spoke about a half dozen times ironing out the details and by that evening we had agreed to the purchase. By the following Tuesday, my wife and I drove from CT to the dealership in NY for delivery and met with Andrew who came in on his day off to meet us and make sure all was well. Every step along the way was extremely well communicated down to the Genius, Namita Kohli who spent over an hour going over every detail of the vehicle and answering all of our questions exquisitely. We could not have asked for better service or a better experience and will look to BMW of Hudson Valley first for all of our future car purchases as we are a BMW family. More

Mike Bueti and Anu...ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS Mike Bueti is my go to "make it work" guy! I said what I wanted in a vehicle, expressed financial concerns, and he and Anu "MADE IT WORK"!!!!!!!!!!!!
