Truly World Class The invoice says "World Class..." and they do not lie...I have been there a few times for routine things and for a major body repair (hail damage) and The invoice says "World Class..." and they do not lie...I have been there a few times for routine things and for a major body repair (hail damage) and each and every time is truly a pleasure. They go out of their way to ensure everything is beyond satisfactory and do not take "acceptable" for an answer! The hail damage incident left me speechless- Randy was a dream to work with and she ensured the car was more than showroom ready before I came to pick it up. Most recently, Leanne helped me with a faulty engine light and she was professional and courteous and really made sure everything was done right. They all act like they also pay the car bill with you at BMW of the Hudson Valley! This has been an amazing experience and I've owned other luxury cars but no dealership in the Hudson Valley seems so focused on a positive experience for the customer. Truly amazing! I've already sent one friend over to buy a car and I don't hesitate to tell people that its more than just buying the car...BMW of the Hudson Valley makes OWNING the car an amazing experience, too! Not only did he NOT make us feel pressured (as so many sales people do), but he and his team understood that we didn't want to haggle and go back and forth so they gave us a great price right off the bat. Our car had to be built and like many new car buyers our anticipation of getting a new car was in overdrive! He made sure to update me at least weekly to let me know what was happening with our car! When we went to pick it up, it was a smooth and convenient process! Namita Kohli, our BMW genius, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to walk me through everything I didn't know about the car. We had a previous BMW and the other dealership we went to didn't have this service so I had to learn on my own...it was so nice to have someone teach me what I didn't know and new features as well!
