Other dealers should take notice as to how it is done I needed to get my X5 serviced before I took off on a long road trip the the 2016 INDY 500 and with little notice they took my car in and did everythi I needed to get my X5 serviced before I took off on a long road trip the the 2016 INDY 500 and with little notice they took my car in and did everything I needed plus gave it the once over to make sure it was good to go. Overall Very Good Experience We have owned BMWs in the past, and we knew after researching that we wanted a 335 i x drive, manual transmission. Hudson Valley had 2 to spec on We have owned BMWs in the past, and we knew after researching that we wanted a 335 i x drive, manual transmission. Hudson Valley had 2 to spec on the lot, which is what brought us to Poughkeepsie from Connecticut. We found the overall experience to be very pleasant. Mike was very accommodating, never pushy and worked with us to be able to take ownership of the car on Saturday, taking on getting all the paperwork done including temporary registration and license plate. They still owe us 2 key rings which I am sure they will come through on! A few things about the dealership: Mike did not accompany us on the test drive - a technology expert did who was a lovely young man - but we just thought it was odd, and shouldn't the salesman know everything about the car ? (pretty certain Mike does). Because we had done extensive research, Hudson Valley appeared to initially price their vehicles higher than most. We had comparable prices from other dealerships, and Hudson Valley did work with us on price. The finance person who was also given the task of selling us extended warranties - really should be sticking to finance and not sales. Nice gentlemen, but when he made the statement that the tire and rim coverage would pay for itself in a year - we refused everything. He was basically saying the tires and rims will have to be replaced in a year? Don't think so . He was new to the dealership so perhaps it is just a training issue. Supporting facts as to why coverage is needed should be presented. For all the experts - it didn't appear that anyone was an absolute expert on anything which made us feel there was a certain amount of professionalism missing. We do have past experiences to compare to, having purchased BMWs and Audis in the past. Overall, very friendly and accommodating people and a very large selection of vehicles. We would go back to Hudson Valley in the future if they have the vehicle of our choice. More

Mrs. Singh, John, Namita , and Landers were excellent; they were very friendly and made the car buying process quite comfortable. They were respectful and gave me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. As a recent graduate, I was apprehensive about getting a car, but they created an affordable plan for me, allowing me to drive a car that complements my future career as a lawyer. Both Namita and John did a great job explaining how to use the vehicle's features, allowing me to get the most out of my car. Whenever I need to get a new car, I will be going here from now on. More
