All questions answered I went in for a parking lamp issue and they went above and beyond. Great Dealership and Employees Picked up my 4th car (2nd this year) from them last week. As always, it was a great experience from the decision and ordering process to the pick up. Great experience I was getting my car serviced in Westchester where I worked because it was convenient. Although they were very good, it would generally take up to two I was getting my car serviced in Westchester where I worked because it was convenient. Although they were very good, it would generally take up to two weeks sometimes to get a service appointment. I no longer work in that county nor is there a BMW near where I currently work so that meant doing it on a day off (ughhhhh). I called BMW of Hudson Valley dreading it was going to take several weeks to get an already over due service done and much to my surprise I was told I could bring the car in the next day ( Saturday ) and what time would I like? Upon arriving around 915 the next day, I was immediately greeted when I entered the service building and set up with service advisor Phil Dolce who happened to be the service manager. Phil was very pleasant to work with, we went over all the details of the visit and he asked if I had any questions or concerns. During my visit, Phil came out to update me on progress. During one of these interactions Phil let me know that the brakes would be due to be replaced in the next several thousand miles putting the mileage very close to 50k and out of warranty, plus I was leaving for a several thousand mile trip the following Tuesday that would bring me very close if not over 50k before I could get back to do the brakes. Phil immediately said "no problem, I'm making a note on your account and I will extend your warranty to 53k so you don't have to worry about it". I was shocked and very pleased knowing that this would be covered under warranty. I have never had this happen before and couldn't believe this would be covered. I have owned many cars and usually it's just the opposite where a few hundred miles over warranty and wham, sorry it's not covered your out of warranty. I look forward to having my car serviced at BMW of Hudson Valley. Thank you Phil for a great experience. Dave Rei More

Each person made sure I was comfortable band informed. When they determined my car would need some extra time for certification, I was provided with lunch and a loaner. I returned the next morning and have been happily driving my new BMW ever since. More
