First, I was met by David Kreines the sales rep who handled the original lease, very nice and up standing guy. And how rare and pleasing to see your original sales rep three years later at the same dealership, that’s says volumes. Tony in the business office, took care of the paperwork and was also a pleasure to do business with, completing all paperwork in less than 30 minutes. All in all, a very pleasant experience. More

First new BMW It was a pleasure working with John throughout the car buying process. I ordered a special edition car, and John stayed on top of everything, keeping It was a pleasure working with John throughout the car buying process. I ordered a special edition car, and John stayed on top of everything, keeping me updated on when they got an allocation, production and arrival dates. He also communicated with BMW to get the car color changed from the allocated color to the color I wanted. Pick up day was fun. My wife previously communicated with dealership and they had some balloons in BMW colors and a big bow on the car. John was very receptive to my questions about the car over the next few days as well and made himself available on the phone to walk me thru my questions. Enjoyed chatting with Marcus too about taking the car on the track. Couple small criticisms: I'm a little disappointed the GM didn't give a follow up phone call to see how I was enjoying the car. Would have been a nice touch. Also, my wife and I changed our mind about all the extended protection services and asked to cancel them the next day. About a week later, we personally stopped by the dealership to see how the cancellation process was going, and they were taking care of it, but we did feel as though we were naughty school kids and detected a bit of attitude and a scolding / lecture from the manager who was taking care of it. I understand its a pain, and that stuff is a money maker for the dealership, but that's what we decided, it's our car and our money. End of story. The attitude was uneccesary. So overall, great sales associate, mediocre management from a customer engagement standpoint. More
Buyer Beware I purchased 2 vehicles from them a week apart. My wife was in a bad accident and her car was totaled. After the smoke cleared from the insurance com I purchased 2 vehicles from them a week apart. My wife was in a bad accident and her car was totaled. After the smoke cleared from the insurance companies, BMW financial informed me that I did not have GAP insurance on the car. I then pulled both contracts to learn that It was never offered on either car, and they wrote N/A on the contract. They were quick to sell me $3,000 in extended warranties, but never offered me GAP insurance. After repeatedly calling the general manager, and e mailing her, she finally answered me and agreed that I was in fact right. They are supposed to offer it and you have to sign for it or against it. This was not the case on either of my contracts. She supposedly spoke to the owner who won't do anything for me. Its amazing how they jump over hurdles when they are taking your money, but when you have a problem, they don't want to know you. Mistakes happen, but as a business, you have to make good on your mistakes, not walk away from a good customer! More
