He didn't have a car the met all our criteria, but within a day found exactly the color and equipment on an 2018 BMW X2. Two months later so happy with our first purchase, that we decided to stop by again and meet with David. David once again, was responsive, friendly, and determined to make a deal happen. David goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with the stressful car buying process. I cannot be happier with my new 2018 330xi. I look forward to David getting our business on two more vehicles at the end of our leases! A big thanks to Savannah (Product Specialist) for taking the time to provide an indepth overview of the features of both the X2 and 330xi! More

Needless to say I end up back at bmw of the Hudson valley and these to guys bent over backwards to make my wife and l feel comfortable.with that said we are very happy. More
Beware! I had submitted a build for a 2018 M3 with an M performance exhaust with Michael. He and Anu, the sales manager, signed on a price and monthly paymen I had submitted a build for a 2018 M3 with an M performance exhaust with Michael. He and Anu, the sales manager, signed on a price and monthly payment, walked me over to the finance manager Tony, and had me pay what was agreed as the first payment. When i came to pick up the car, Tony, whos tone had clearly changed, sat me down and quoted me a price significantly higher than my first payment claiming the initial payment didnt factor in an M performance exhaust. It was obvious this was planned because as soon as i said thats not what we agreed upon he went straight into defense mode. I insisted to speak to Anu, who kept claiming we are like family even though we had only ever met for a total of 10 minutes over the span of 2 cars ive gotten from them, but she would not speak to me face to face. After having the work the prive down again to still higher than my initial agreement, i came back to the dealer the next day asking for the original signed papers and they refused to show me any of them. Anu then on the phone claimed that the original payment was a deposit, which is inconsistent with the original claim that it was the pre-option price. My main mistake aside from thinking a dealership could be honest, was that i didnt get the monthly payment agreement signed on the same paper as the build sheet. But if you choose to shop here, do NOT take their word for anything. More

Terrible experience Poor Customer Service Bought a used CPO BMW with 24K. Vehicle has been brought to the shop 4 times for the same repair. After numerous attempts to fix the problem I asked t Bought a used CPO BMW with 24K. Vehicle has been brought to the shop 4 times for the same repair. After numerous attempts to fix the problem I asked to trade vehicle in. Vehicle bought for $25000 and not even 3000 miles later they will take it in on trade for 16. After last attempted fix I also had an estimate for repairs needed.. $1958. ?!?! Caution written in yellow. I put 3000 miles on vehicle. Spoke to numerous BMW individuals who were helpful. Sent pictures but I will now send pictures while moving so he can see the RPM's and speed are not at a stand still. After being told the dashboard lights that come on are normal, i decided i needed a second opinion. It was confirmed that no these lights should not intermittently come on and off while driving the car. The tech pulled up a bulletin that stated there has been problems with the IBS sensor, a recall for the positive cable, a reprogramming thats needed, and also the alternator has been known to affect the charging system. I called and spoke to the sales manager to explain this. As an individual who is given this title you would expect him to have a positive attitude and not act like he is untouchable. He was loud, belligerent, basically laughed, and told me to bring it back to them. Completely disrespectful! I'm beyond disappointed and as a sales manager absolutely no way to speak to a customer especially for representing another persons business! I asked why I should bring it back to them when the vehicle was purchased off of you. He told me there was nothing he could do. He tried to take the car in on a trade and I wasn't happy. If the car wasn't having these issues from the get go I wouldn't be trading it in. No I'm not going to loose 9 thousand dollars because a vehicle is having an ongoing issue. More
