I worked with Luke Gordon from Volvo and he was great, but I felt unwelcomed by BMW. We scheduled a test drive and the morning of, the vehicle had been leant to a BMW customer without any notice to th but I felt unwelcomed by BMW. We scheduled a test drive and the morning of, the vehicle had been leant to a BMW customer without any notice to the sales team. We then had to reschedule once the car was returned dirty. Once the purchase agreement was signed, we were assured the car would be fully detailed prior to picking it up, however there were still crumbs and debris left behind from the customer that had previously been loaned the car. I signed the purchase agreement on Friday morning, but my lender did not receive a copy from BMS until sometime on Saturday. Final pick-up of the car took much longer than anticipated, which was surprising as the date and time had been scheduled several days prior. Overall, I would not go out of my way to purchase from BMW of Fort Wayne as it felt there was a certain level of disrespect and disregard from the staff. More
