I came to the dealership from South Bend. I've visited before for service. My wife found a Countryman she liked and inquired through the website. We arranged for a visit and as we pulled up, there's Christina standing outside waving and guiding us to a parking space. Talk about a personal touch! This was my first visit to this particular dealership. I was treated very professionally despite my just coming from work and being covered in dirt. The salesperson, Christina, was professional and knowledgeable. She was really the reason we purchased the vehicle as she made us feel like family rather than just a buyer.
