The MINI dealership in Detroit was horrible so I called Fort Wayne and Evan was so sweet and informative that I drove almost 3 hours to look at a JCW Countryman. Came to trade in my 2023 M4CX for a very lightly used 2024 X5M. The deal went quickly and the car was exactly as advertised. Dealership is great but the transaction time was very long. Negotiations were completed and buyer and insurance information was sent to dealer hours before our meeting time and it still took 90 minutes long.
