Brought my car in for service to have my side mirror repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Despite scarcity of loaners, they were able to accommodate me with one and repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Despite scarcity of loaners, they were able to accommodate me with one and even coordinate the pickup of my 530e outside of business hours. Thank you Ben, Rich, Ryan, and Brittany for your help! More

Customer service is great! I was in and out today with a loaner car. The provided a detailed video of my car as they checked the tires, etc. I had a loaner car for the day whil I was in and out today with a loaner car.
