I was at the dealer looking for a certain model and Jim looked for 3 hours and finally found one for me. Seems like I've know Jim for years while he was searching for me. He will go out of his way to get you a good deal. Fun to work with and was probably the most fun I've had at a car dealer. Previously, I never had fun at a dealer nor felt comfortable before i went to this dealer and worked with Jim. Jim plays No games with numbers just the best offer he can get you. Overall A+ rating, and Erica was very nice too. More
Dave was excellent to work eith in all aspects of the car buying experience. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want, he pleasantly worked with us on the price nego buying experience. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want, he pleasantly worked with us on the price negotiation, and he spent a lot of time with us on both the test drive and at delivery (going over all of the features and controls in great detail, pairing our phones, etc..) Coleen handled the financing with a friendly smile. We got friendly and informative service throughout the leasing process and we got a great deal - what more could you ask for? More
Ryan was very helpful in finding the right car for me. He was not pushy or forceful, just friendly and knowledgable. He was very creative in finding a way to get me into the car I wanted, but also finding me was not pushy or forceful, just friendly and knowledgable. He was very creative in finding a way to get me into the car I wanted, but also finding me the best price I could get. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships, but WG was the only one that I felt like they cared about my business. The other dealerships didn't seem to care about me or value me as a customer, but Ryan definitely made me feel comfortable and that I wasn't being taken advantage of. I have also had the car in for service once, and the service team was just as friendly and helpful. I have already recommended the dealership to my friends who are looking for a car. More

Tina was absolutely fantastic. She worked hard to make sure we acquired a brand new BMW. I have heard good things about this dealership.. Last Saturday, I experienced it. The sales people, Mr. Vitalis, is very helpful. He knows the car well. And his people skill is outstanding. I was concerned that I might have difficulties to park the BMW in my garage since it is larger than my current car. But my concern was totally eliminated once he let me drive the car to my home and park it in my garage. I also found him trustworthy. He spoke only the facts, and he did not try to trick you. The other sales people there are also very willing to help. One guy showed my various color options, and told me about the foldable side mirrors. The whole place, from front desk to Internet sales force, is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I brought my BMW there. I will recommend it to my friends. More
My wife and I are 0 for 2 dealing with WG BMW. In August 2012, I was considering a 3 series and and Audi A4. I went to WG thinking it was a good place to do business; I was wrong. After getting a ho-hum 2012, I was considering a 3 series and and Audi A4. I went to WG thinking it was a good place to do business; I was wrong. After getting a ho-hum 5 minute test drive around the block in a 3 series, my sales consultant priced up the car on the internet - offering little help in terms of options I should consider vs. those that I could filter out - told me the price of the car and said, here's the price. Ok, so we negotiate the price I'll pay, right? Wrong. No negotiating, the MSRP on the car was their best offer. I was very put off by their take it or leave it attitude and went off to buy my new A4 (I love it by the way). Fast forward to February 2013. My wife is considering an X3 and and Audi Q5, so we decide to give WG another chance. We go in and specifically look for a sales associate other than the person we dealt with the first time thinking perhaps we just got a bad apple. Wrong! Same deal. My wife went in first by herself and test drove the car. It went well enough and she got a price and went on her way. A day or two later the associate called her to follow up and said he might be able to sharpen his pencil on the price he had given her earlier in the week...ok, so far, so good. Less than a week later, I accompanied her to WG to test drive the X3 for myself. We go in meet her sales associate and off the bat, I could tell he had no idea who she was ... strange, but no deal breaker. So we go and test drive the car. We go back and start talking numbers. He prices the car again and gives her the same price and says let me go talk to my manger and see if we can do any better. So we wait and he comes back with bad news: the dealer is only making a $500 profit, so there's really no room to negotiate. Ok, fine, that's their best offer, we'll go and figure it out (pricing was roughly the same as the Q5...or so we thought). So off we go to consider our options. However, upon further inspection, we noted the car that the associate had configured did not include a navigation system, one of my wife's "must have" features. Huh? How can he forget to include one of her two must haves? Then a day or two later, the associate calls and says he'd like to have her business and will talk to his manager about sharpening his pencil...uh, we just heard that spiel the last time and there was no movement in the price, so forget it. Long story short, my wife ended up going to Thompson BMW in Doylestown, having a much better experience with the sales team there (from the moment she arrived she felt much more welcomed and appreciated) and we went this morning and signed papers for her new X3. In the end, we will absolutely NOT go back to WG BMW. It isn't worth the hassle of dealing with people who don't seem all that interested in helping their customer, aren't willing to give any kind of deal, and quite frankly seem like they don't know their product and options packages all that well. So today I took my 2008 x5 in for a Oil change also my lift gate no longer stays up by itself so i wanted to find out about that ( such as the parts and labor and whether it was covered under my extended lift gate no longer stays up by itself so i wanted to find out about that ( such as the parts and labor and whether it was covered under my extended warranty). I arrived at 8:15a it was very busy and that was fine my appointment was scheduled for 8:45 so I was not in a hurry. The Service Advisor was ok nothing to brag about. So I get my rental and I go to work. After working all day with no phone call from West German I called at 5:45pm. I was connected to my Service Advisor who says, " Oh I was just getting ready to call you." She tells me the same exact thing I told her this morning about the lift gate, " the technician says it's definitely not staying up, it's the shocks they need to be replaced and we only have 1 here but we can order it and you can bring it back on Friday. So I asked her was it covered under the Extended Warranty she says, " Generally it's not but I can call them and check and call u back." I'm thinking to myself really you had the car for 8 hours and you haven't called me or the extended warranty company! This was the most unprofessional service that I have experienced. I understand that they were busy but 8 hrs for a oil change and for you to tell me something I already knew and now it's 6:00pm and you never called to check the coverage and then you tell me once you call me back after 6:00pm that I have to leave the car. Are you serious West German, is this how you conduct business? I am utterly disgusted I am not working tomorrow and didn't plan to be in that area so this is a huge inconvenience for me! So my story should explain why I gave that rating . Thanks for letting me share. More
