Brought my car in for a warranted window that was not working, and what a disaster. Got the car back to find that they had left parts in the back seat that they forgot to reinstall in the door. Had to bring the car back, and the excuses for their stupidity were off the charts! The female service advisor, who knows nothing about cars spen 15 minutes explaining to me that all of this may not be covered under warranty. The car develops a multitude of other issues all stemming from their faulty work, and they just try to dance around it. I grabbed the keys back, and brought the car back to my regular dealer (De Simone BMW) and, as usual, they fixed everything without any questions asked. I've never dealt with such a bunch of amateurs in my life........ THEY ARE AWFUL! More

I visited several BMW dealerships in the area while looking for a new pre-owned BMW. At West German BMW I found not only the best selection, but I also had the best relationship with a dealer. My dealer was no overly pushy as some dealers can be. However, she did help me when needed and followed up with me both prior to and after I made my purchase. I have been to several dealerships in my lifetime and this was my best experience so far. Not only did Tina make me feel comfortable while test driving and purchasing my car, but also weeks after my purchase. I will highly recommend West German and Tina Van Deursen for any of my friends looking to purchase a car. More

The sales consultant I dealt with, Ryan Pirrone was open and friendly and displayed a high level of integrity. It was a pleasure to work with him. However I was less impressed with the the rest of the sal and friendly and displayed a high level of integrity. It was a pleasure to work with him. However I was less impressed with the the rest of the sales teams. The car was not completely prepped for delivery and there were minor issues with the warranty and registration paperwork. In addition there is evidence on the car of a hard impact to the left front wheel having caused damage to the vehicle that was known to the dealership but not disclosed prior to purchase. The service staff was very helpful in retrieving the code and and setting up the Bluetooth connectivity for the car. In addition they were open with information about the models service history and recommendations for future maintenance. I would not hesitate to contact the service department when maintenance or repair is needed. BMWNA was also helpful in tracking down the service history on the vehicle. I am a member of the BMWCCA and have been since 1989. 7 out of the 14 cars I have owned over the past 25 year have been BMW's and I am very familiar with the brand's history and products. More
We weren't sure about this dealership before going in - We were looking for a 2010 5-Series AWD and had visited 2 dealerships in the Lehigh Valley area before this, with fairly unsatisfactory experiences - We were looking for a 2010 5-Series AWD and had visited 2 dealerships in the Lehigh Valley area before this, with fairly unsatisfactory experiences. I must say our experience at this dealership was by far the most pleasant, excellent even. Since this was an hour away, before visiting them, I wanted to get more details about some of the cars they had listed on their website. I mailed them and their online rep (Erica) called back and patiently went over all 6 vehicles and their various features with me. We found a couple that we wanted to look at more closely and set up an appointment. Our sales rep (Tina) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She went over both the vehicles in great detail, showed us another similar one that I was marginally interested in, was open to doing as many test drives as we wanted, and knew the various packages and features of BMW inside out. We found the vehicle we were looking for, discussed the pricing, the financing options and the method of delivery - and on every step they were willing to accommodate our requirements. We ended up buying from them the next day. I don't want to make this sound like an advertisement but credit should go where it belongs. Ultimately since we found a great car at a great price, we would have mostly ended up buying from them anyways. But we weren't expecting the car selection and buying process to be this hassle free. Later on I happened to chit chat with the manager (don't remember the name) and he told us they are a family owned facility and try to make the process as stress free for their customers as possible - which is something I can personally vouch for. Special commendations to Tina. Highly recommended! More

I was at the dealer looking for a certain model and Jim looked for 3 hours and finally found one for me. Seems like I've know Jim for years while he was searching for me. He will go out of his way to get you a good deal. Fun to work with and was probably the most fun I've had at a car dealer. Previously, I never had fun at a dealer nor felt comfortable before i went to this dealer and worked with Jim. Jim plays No games with numbers just the best offer he can get you. Overall A+ rating, and Erica was very nice too. More
