2014 BMW 335xi - Excellent Experience Just purchased a new 2014 BMW 335xi from West German BMW and I could not be happier. To be honest I didn't expect to buy a new car from West German s Just purchased a new 2014 BMW 335xi from West German BMW and I could not be happier. To be honest I didn't expect to buy a new car from West German since I live about .5 miles from a rival BMW dealer in Doylestown. Over a month ago, I randomly stopped into West German to test drive a M235i since the dealer is right next to my work. This is when I met the client advisor Ed Fallon. That day I test drove the car and told him that it would be awhile till I pulled the trigger. He gave me his card and said he would touch base in a week or so. We caught up in roughly 2 weeks time and by then I had decided that we wanted to get another 335xi rather than the M235i. I had let Ed know that I likely going to just buy from the dealer next to my house due to the convenience. Long story short, Ed got me to stop down to the dealership just to quickly review numbers, etc and see if I would consider buying the car from West German. At the end of this engagement I had decided I was more comfortable buying the car from him than the dealer that I live next to. He is the sole reason we purchased our new car from West German BMW. Unlikely many other dealers in the area Ed did not push us nor did he waste my time. He also has a wealth of knowledge about the BMW brand and was able to answer every question we had. We will most definitely buy another car from this dealer in the future. This dealership represents the BMW brand to the fullest. Do not hesitate to shop at this dealership. Ask for Ed Fallon. More

My problem was, with so many dealerships around area, which one should I choose? I contacted over 7 BMW dealerships around the area and right from the start I noticed that West German BMW had the best selection, fastest communication, and most importantly, BEST PRICES. The West German BMW employees were very welcoming and professional. In addition, they answered all of my detailed questions pertaining to the vehicle and warranty coverage. When I decided on a vehicle, the paperwork was effortless and took minimal time, especially with the help of my client advisor, Kate Crandley. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a superior quality vehicle for a great price, with people who care about your driving experience. More

I would absolutely recommend West German BMW and specifically Franco to anyone interested in buying a BMW. More

On March 31st, I leased my 3rd BMW 3 series from West German BMW. First in 2005, a 2006 325i sedan. Back then, I did not have the best ownership experience with a brand new model. In June 2011, I leas German BMW. First in 2005, a 2006 325i sedan. Back then, I did not have the best ownership experience with a brand new model. In June 2011, I leased a 328xi coupe from Kate Krandley. She was a pleasure to deal with, had a great no pressure style & was very friendly to my wife & son, felt like a family friend. Then 2012, Jimmy Goritio became my Service Advisor base out of Ambler. In short, he is an awesome service advisor who really understands the male BMW customer & why we spend the extra $$ to drive a beamer. He too, felt like a friend & my young son, Trent though of him as a buddy. His response time for service requests was super. The 2011 car was getting over the allowable lease mileage. I wanted to save a little money this time around (family budget). Being a car guy, I checked out the Cadillac ATS, Lexus IS, Acura?. Jimmy's outstanding service re-enforced my confidence in the BMW brand. He mentioned BMW had some attractive lease pull ahead programs. The 2014 320xi sedan was the perfect car for my family & was less expensive then my prior model. I went back to Fort Washington, met with Kate & my family and I was able to get into a the new car & bypass the final 3 lease payments on the 2011 model. This saved further mileage overages & the lease turn-in process was painless. I love my new 2014 320xi sedan Orion metallic. Thanks to Kate & Jimmy, I am a happy BMW customer & would recommend them & WG to family & friends! Best Regards, Peter Thiele 215-317-9311 More
I have been dealing with West German BMW since 2003; I have had 3 leases and purchased 1 pre-owned. Let say that the sales people are great, there is nothing negative to say about the members on the sale have had 3 leases and purchased 1 pre-owned. Let say that the sales people are great, there is nothing negative to say about the members on the sales team. The service department is another story, these people in service do not follow instructions, there is no communications between the person who handles the drop off and the service advisor and the actual people who do the service. I have complained to management over the last 11 years countlessly on this issue. Most of the service employees have this feeling that once you drop it off for service it is thier car and that the can do as they please with out any regaurd to the customer who actually owns the car. My recommendation to management is; tell your service people not to mess with the customer's car and that includes moving the seats, moving the mirror, moving the steering wheel, changing the radio station, changing the temp and anything else in the interior. Thier aurguement is that the employees have to be safe when driving the car (the entire 300 feet from drop off to service bay) but they don't really car about your safety the other 365 days off the year that the customer has to drive the car. Overall a horrid experience dealing with Amie Graham from this dealership. I first went into dealership because I had an 'electrical malfunction' light show up in my car in June 2013, my car was still under this dealership. I first went into dealership because I had an 'electrical malfunction' light show up in my car in June 2013, my car was still under warranty and she indicated that this problem occurred due to an old battery which the manufacturer warranty would not cover, so then I had my battery replaced and my tires replaced along with it which cost me well over $1500. After I had my battery replaced, I had the same problem, where from time to time I would get "electrical malfunction" light show up. So I decided to go in again, and this time she indicated that there was a battery cable part which was a recall which they would replace for me (which would resolve the issue). After they replaced that part, I still had the same issue. Then right before I reached my 50,000 miles (end of factory warranty), I went in again for the 3rd time and this time to really have them take closer look at my car's problem. As Amie was not available at the time, another service associate told me he would take care of me, ensured me that I am covered, and that BMW is good with taking care of their customers with matters such as this. He said to come back in 3 days and my car would be fixed. Three days later while carless, I got a call from Amie saying that my warranty will not cover the 'electrical malfunction' problem. And told me that I have two options, to pay total of $250.00 for the diagnosis of my car, or to pay additional 500 for further diagnosis to see why that problem exists. I told her there is no way I'd pay for either as service person told me it would be covered under warranty and that this fee was never mentioned when I took my car in. She indicated that it is no longer covered as my used car had been in a minor fender bender before I had purchased my car. I told her I don't think it is fair for me to pay, then she said she'll cut me a deal at half of that price at $125 to take my car back, and I was forced to pay the $125 since they said they would not release my car to me if I didn't. What was most confusing to me was, I went to dealership 3 different times while I was covered under factory warranty. Amie gave me 3 different reasons for my problem. 1st visit : Amie went over my car history and knew from the start that my car was involved in an accident, never told me that warranty is void due to the accident, told me it was a battery problem. replaced battery and it was not the battery issue. 2nd visit: told me it was due to factory recall part (battery cable), replaced, and still had same problem. never told me warranty was void due to prior accident after knowing this fact. 3rd visit: 1st service guy told me my car is covered fully and my electrical malfunction problem will be taken care of after 3 days (did not mention prior fender bender voiding warranty), did not mention what they will be charging. Then Amie calls 3 days later says car warranty is void due to a prior fender bender. She told me 3 different stories. On my 3rd visit I was just under 50,000 miles, so by the next day of driving, my car was well over 50,000 miles which voided the factory warranty. Because of her I've wasted my time, voided my factory warranty, and spent extra dollars on things that did not resolve my problem. More

She did not pressure me to take something that was in her stock but took the time to locate the car I wanted and had it delivered to West German. She spent a good amount of time going over all of the vehicle features with me when I picked it up so that I was comfortable before pulling off the lot. I was also impressed with Colleen in the finance department who again, did not pressure me to purchase any add-on services and who explained each document that I signed without dragging out the car buying process. Very quick and informative. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car. More
