Gina Macerato at West German makes it so easy!!! I have purchased two hard top convertibles from West German BMW. These were my 7th and 8th convertibles. The BMW I purchased in October 2016 replaced I have purchased two hard top convertibles from West German BMW. These were my 7th and 8th convertibles. The BMW I purchased in October 2016 replaced one that I totaled in a very serious accident. Not only is the BMW hard top convertible the best car I have ever driven but it is certainly the safest I have ever driven. Had I been driving another car, I could have been killed. Its safety features and the BMW Assist that made a HUGE difference in my walking away from that accident. I have driven many cars prior to driving a convertible. I have NEVER been to a dealership as customer service-oriented in all of my car purchases. They strive for and far exceed all possible expectations. The staff, from the receptionist to the BMW Genius, always on hand to educate me on any question I have, to the wonderful team that handles the purchase of the vehicle to the incredible 10 star service department, are all the best I have ever dealt with. But I have saved my highest praise for Gina Macerato. She is, without a doubt, THE BEST CAR SALESPERSON EVER!!! When I looked at replacement cars in October, Gina was key to my purchasing my new vehicle. She is beyond what anyone could want in a salesperson. She is knowledgeable and friendly and helped me examine all of my choices. She know her cars more than anyone I have dealt with to date. I had just been through a traumatic accident and she did everything she could to make me comfortable. When I decided on my new car, she made the purchase as easy as you could imagine. She was ready, as was my car, for me when I came in to actually do the purchase. She made it an easy, pleasurable experience. She went through all of its features and I left BMW not only with a new vehicle, but with the best car purchase experience ever. Her follow-up post sale was also amazing!!. If you are considering shopping for a BMW, carpe diem: seize the day. The only place to buy a BMW is West German BMW and the woman to see there is Gina!!! More
West German BMW Strikes Out Again!!!! Where to start with my latest experience with this pathetic so called BMW dealer!!!!!! Sometime in September 2016 the engine light lit on a Saturday Where to start with my latest experience with this pathetic so called BMW dealer!!!!!! Sometime in September 2016 the engine light lit on a Saturday late morning, I drove to the Fort Washington service. The service person said it could be just the way I put the gas cap on or something with the grade of gas and I should drive around for a week or two and see if the light shuts off. I wonder if his suggestion had anything to do that service would be closing soon, maybe. I drove around, started using Super Unleaded and the light was still lit. I made an appointment at the Springhouse location, Service said it needed service and that the car may one day just not start. I did not want to leave the car with these people but had no choice. Late in the afternoon of the day of service I was called that they needed the car for another day. After work I went to get something out of the car that I needed for the next day. When I got to the car; the sun roof was opened, the seats were moved and memory set to the new positions, the map was reset and there was over 8 miles added from the time I dropped it off. I always write down the mileage due to these people like to joy ride customer's cars. So I just took the car and told one of the sales people I would not be leaving it. Tonight when I got off the train and got to my car, the car opened but then all the power went off, all the power. I called West German Sales to see if anyone could be sent out since I was at the Oreland train station and only a few minutes away. Service was too busy to talk to me, I asked to be transferred to sales (I figured after 4 leases and one purchase) the sales people that know me would get assistance over to me. As a side note, at 3:47 PM today I got an email from Nick Tosti saying my lease was ending and to go in for a great deal. Apparently, the sales people did not want to help or really cared that I was stuck in the cold and the car could not be locked due to no power and could not just go home. I had to call Thompson BMW in Doylestown who were more than willing to send someone out, unfortunately they are in Doylestown and I was in Oreland, so I had to wait an hour and a half but they showed up, total time of 2 hours because I wasted 30 minutes with West German (I could not be mad at Thompson BMW because they did show up and it was a hike to get to me) and had to do repairs to get the car started. apparently, the issue was related to makeshift repairs done at Springhouse. Of course my response to Nick Tosti cannot be repeated on this site, but I am a Marine Veteran so you put it together. I was able to make an appointment with Thompson BMW on the spot to get it to service right away. Guess where I am getting my next lease in 6 months, Mr Tosti? Yes, Mr Tosti 187 Days and a Wake Up and I will West German BMW free, I feel like a prisoner counting down to my release day. West German BMW a two story car dealer; one story before you purchase and another story after you purchase. This is the worst dealership in the world, the employees feel that they can joy ride customer's cars and act as if it belongs to them. Take your business else where, these has been the worst 14 years of car ownership anyone could have. I have been stupid to keep going back but no more!!!! More

A Great Experience I had previously purchased my 135i from WG BMW and just took it in for an inspection and service. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from my service advisor JimmyGarito telling me that I had two tires which needed replacement (one with a bubble in the sidewall and the other several staples/screws with a slow leak). He informed me that he checked the vin number and that my car was still covered by the supplemental wheel/tire insurance and that these would be covered. He also applied a discounted state inspection rate because I am a senior and a $50 credit to some programming changes to correct an issue with the idle. Jimmy really impressed me as an advocate for ME!. Not what you usually expect from a dealership!! The work done by the dealership maintenance area is always top notch and never has required a follow up visit. They know their cars and are even looking out for their clients! What a nice surprise!! Though initially i felt the offering price of the car is little expensive than compared to other showrooms but completely blown away after looking at it live. Especially I should thank Edward Solloum. The way he explained me about the car and its features in detail made me love this car even more. I can see the passion in him for this brand which is more essential for a sales person to answer every little question of a customer. He made me felt worth every penny which I spent on buying BMW. Highly recommended. Great Job !! More

I always drove large SUV’s and was not looking to downsize, I looked at other brands including Range Rover and nothing really impressed me. This is my first BMW (X5) and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall buying experience. My husband and I visited West German just to look and had anticipated visiting several dealerships before making a decision to buy a BMW. After talking to Franco (our salesperson) and taking a new X5 for a test drive, we never went anywhere else. Franco was awesome to work with, he was patient, not pushy at all and I would highly recommend him when looking for a new BMW. He was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He answered all our questions and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable ordering the new car. This is not what I expected from a salesperson. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. More
