Edward Salloum, Clent Advisor - Excellent Customer Service Searching online, I found a used X3 that seemed to fit exactly what I was looking for. When I called, I was fortunate to have been put in contact with Client Advisor, Edward Salloum who knows and appreciates BMWs and he did not hesitate to share his knowledge. Working long distance via email and telephone, he was able to convey an accurate representation of the condition and history of the car. He provided me with all of the information that I needed in order to make an informed decision on making the purchase, and I arrived a few days later to pick it up. After the paperwork was done and the car was mine, Edward spent a long time showing me how everything worked, particularly the idrive, connectivity, and safety features which are different from other BMWs I've had. A couple of days later when I was still on the road heading home, Edward followed up with an email to ask how my new car was working out for me. A minor issue had come to light that needed to be addressed and as soon as I got home he made sure that it was taken care of immediately at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier with my new car and working with Edward Salloum to make it mine. Not recommend to nobody. Not recommend this BMW service to nobody.They demage my vehicle-new tires after incorrectly balancing and engine after replacing thermostat.I hear hug Not recommend this BMW service to nobody.They demage my vehicle-new tires after incorrectly balancing and engine after replacing thermostat.I hear huge noise now driving my vehicle.I make complaints to Richard P.Lanci -service director and he refused to correct the problems.He told me :"I do not wanna fixing your vehicle , go somewhere elase or call to your lawyer'' .He is very unporofecional person. I paid for servise and they damage my X 1 .Never expect something like this from any BMW dealership !!! They lost my and my fiends business.I will not give them my lawn mower to fix!!! More
