Received a call back from Franco D'Ambruoso who was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous salesman. They scheduled an appointment and I was so happy during the process that I bought not only a 2013 750ix for myself but also purchased a 2013 328ix for my wife. Franco was prompt for all of our appointments and spent as much times as required to explain the vehicles and all of the various electronics. A pleasant experience, which is not always easy to say about car buying, and we will be a customers for life. More

In all of our transactions, Franco has been a true professional. He is knowledgeable, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. More importantly, he has integrity, which can be difficult to find in a salesperson. Franco always goes above and beyond the scope of his position and leasing this car was a great example of the extra mile he will go to ensure his clients are happy. I had a tough time choosing the color of my car. Franco had a white car brought over to the Ft Washington location from Ambler so I could see it in person. Then the day I was scheduled to pick up my car, I changed my mind again on the color. Franco accommodated my change of heart with no complaint and with no delay. He made sure the car I choose was ready on the same day, rushing to complete all the required paperwork so the car was ready. 335xi Steering Issues - Difficult to resolve My 335xi had an issue where it pulled to the right. The car went to the dealer multiple times. I had lost hope in a fix. Once the issue was escalated My 335xi had an issue where it pulled to the right. The car went to the dealer multiple times. I had lost hope in a fix. Once the issue was escalated to the service manager (Richard Lanci) extra attention was taken to ensure me that the issue would be resolved. The service manager drove the car and called me almost every day to let me know what was done. At the end of it all there was actually a problem with the alignment machine and an adjustment that needed to be made to the steering rack. Even though this issue took a while to figure out and resolve the dealership did a wonderful job. Thanks -Mark More

I dealt with a few dealerships while making my decision and none came close to the level of serivce I received from Pete. Other dealers lost interest immeadiately once they realized they didnt have the vehicle or too far in price. With Pete, he worked on mybehalf to get me the price i wanted and not once told be it could not be done. I highly recommend speaking to Pete first prior to making your purchase.....friendly and professional. THANK YOU PETE. The service center managed by Jimmy Garito is TOP NOTCH ALSO. BMW Leasing Experience This is the first time my wife and I have opted to lease a BMW. We have owned/leased a number of different luxury cars in the past. Prior to visitin This is the first time my wife and I have opted to lease a BMW. We have owned/leased a number of different luxury cars in the past. Prior to visiting West German BMW we had test driven several other brands. Our experience with West German was outstanding. Our salesman , Peter Lunetta made deciding on a 2014 BMW 3.28ix Luxury a no brainer. He was available to answer all my questions about the car and the different options to lease or purchase. There were many. We got very favorable terms and likely will purchase the car at lease end. Peter was professional, a true gentleman and low key in his sales approach. At the end of the experience, my wife and I felt we made a new family friend. A poster that is on the wall in Peter's office reads "Joy is Timeless" something my wife and I have come to appreciate with our new BMW. We both agree, moving forward, that we will always own a BMW as a result of this experience. We absolutely love the car and get many compliments on it. Of course because of our experience with Peter, we will return to West German BMW when it is time to replace/purchase our next vehicle. We look forward to servicing the car there as well. There is no going back to another brand after driving a BMW, especially one from West German BMW. More
Horrible Service I have never had a worse experience here they take my car in to do a service and kill my battery in the process and then want me to pay $500 to replac I have never had a worse experience here they take my car in to do a service and kill my battery in the process and then want me to pay $500 to replace it. A battery that had not given me any trouble before but to them was determined to be failing but then still going on to perform the service without advising me about the problem. I then they had to jump the car when I arrived and died multiple times the next day causing me to be stranded. I will never go back to this dealership and they have lost my business. I just hope they learn how to educate their employees instead of teaching them to try to scare/intimidate the customer into doing what they want. More
