I like to go into a dealership fairly prepared in terms of knowing the features / functions / price that I want in a vehicle. The representative needs to be able to quickly answer my questions as well as of knowing the features / functions / price that I want in a vehicle. The representative needs to be able to quickly answer my questions as well as describe any nuances of the car that typically aren't called out on the website or in magazine articles. Greg Urban has a technical background, so we were able to get into details very quickly and I was able to use my time well. He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and answered all my questions well. Being local to the dealer, they were very willing to be price competitive in order to secure my service business. Greg did the legwork to find the model in the area that had my list of desired features. Finally, the close was simple and clean and he provided just the right amount of "training" before I drove off. I've had the car a couple weeks now and had to call with a couple of questions. They responded very quickly and I look forward to working with West German in the future. More

Last week, I purchased my first BMW from West German and can honestly say it was a wonderful overall experience. I had done considerable research on the vehicle I was looking at (2007 335xi) beforehand so I can honestly say it was a wonderful overall experience. I had done considerable research on the vehicle I was looking at (2007 335xi) beforehand so I was fairly prepared going into the dealership. Andrew Kim was the sales associate who handled my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. When I first got there, we discussed what I was looking for in a car (mainly performance), which was followed up by a test drive. Although I was pretty sure the 335xi was the car I wanted, the test drive definitely confirmed this. After the test drive, Andrew and I discussed the financials of the purchase. He was very honest with me throughout the process and made the me feel very comfortable, something other dealerships usually fail to do. He couldn't have been further from the negative, conniving stereotype that sometimes goes with car salesmen -- he was just the opposite. He truly made me feel like he was a friend that had only my best interests in mind. After talking with him for about 30-45 minutes, I decided to make the purchase. Originally, I was going to take delivery the following week, however, I contacted Andrew two days later to ask if I could take delivery that day. Despite the fact that Andrew was not even scheduled to work that day, he still set up the arrangements to ensure delivery that same day. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of the fact that he was able to do this with such short notice, especially on his day off. Its been one week since the purchase and I have absolutely no regrets. If I could do it again, I would go back to the same dealership and deal with the exacts same sales rep. Like I said above, the experience surpassed my expectations by a large margin. In short, purchasing the BMW couldn't have worked out any better. More
Rawle Cox was all around awesome! I was in a jam because my car finally gave out on me and within 1 hr of walking into West German I found the perfect car! If it wasn’t manager Rob calling, it was Ryan or Rawle making sure everything was taken care of. They all worked as a team. My particular sales person was Rawle and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every single employee (including the manager Rob) congratulated me on my purchase, was more than hospitable and made the entire process of buying my car quick and efficient. Being a single mom, I had to bring my 7 year old son along with me and Rawle took him to a room and put cartoons on for him as well as, manager Rob gave him snacks he had in his office. I mean it was an all around awesome experience in which West German can expect to receive my continued business. I'm telling everyone! They’re wonderful! More

I had a great experience at the West German BMW (used car) dealer for my latest purchase. I just stopped by the dealer to check out what they had, and a sale person greeted me courteously. I tested drove few cars and I found the car I wanted in less than an hour; I purchased the car the same day. I strongly recommend the sales person I dealt with. Two thumbs up!! More
Have bought or leased four cars here over past decade and always taken them here for service. I've also bought parts and Lifestyle merchandise from them, too. Other dealers are closer to where I live or work, but I go out of my way to deal with the folks here instead. This is a family-owned dealership where you are treated like family. I have referred many people -- friends, family, co-workers -- here for sales and service and every one of them has thanked me for the recommendation afterwards based upon the experience and treatment they received. If you are looking for just the low price, be careful what you wish for -- some dealers might try to beat these guys by a very small amount, but then you find out the hard way that the service experience at these other places isn't what you hoped for when you bought a BMW. And I think West German's approach toward pricing is extremely competitive, regardless. These guys really deliver what they promise: a very professional and friendly sales experience respecting your intelligence, time, and wallet, followed by extremely comprehensive and expert service after the sale. My most recent visit was for service on my 6-Series and the service team was very comprehensive about diagnosing and dealing with the situation. I recommend West German BMW extremely highly because of the great job they do, and because, after all, it's a BMW and not some copycat wanna-be car pretending to be a BMW in disguise. There is only one BMW! As the ad says, why buy a copy when you can have the original? More

Only one salesperson recognized him as an important part of the purchasing decision. Bob at WG BMW made sure that my son was involved in the conversation. Beyond that he did not hard sell us. He gave the facts about the car and gave us time to make a decision. It did not take long. I think we made the decision when we walked into the WG showroom and felt the character of the place. The first thing you notice is the smell- sounds weird but true- of quality. Then you notice it is not a place full of " car salesmen". As I said, we spent the day in various dealerships and we were starting to get that dirty feeling you get when you are dealing with people you would not normally deal with. Then we walked into WG and it was refreshing. My relationship with WG is only three weeks old but it feels like we have been working together forever. Bob was aware of the fact that this was a surprise for my wife and he went to all extremes to make it a great surprise- even lent me a great big bow. After the sale he called to see how the exchange went. Then made himself available to her so that she would be comfortable with the car and all of it's toys. This was a week after delivery on New Year's Eve by the way. Just as an extra he asked about our son by name. WG was great, Bob was an ace and the car (328XI) is more fun than I could have imagined. I am a truck guy but this car has me rethinking my position. Finally, as a qualifier I must admit that I am a sales manager in a different field so I do appreciate good sales practices. More
