Horrible, extremely disappointed I've had the most horrible experience here. I purchased a used one year old vehicle that had never been in any car accident, which took 2 days to fina I've had the most horrible experience here. I purchased a used one year old vehicle that had never been in any car accident, which took 2 days to finalize for whatever reason. Upon signing the contract, I demonstrated several noticeable defects from previous repairs to the paint and alignment of fenders and bumper of the car, which I was assured "had never been in any accident." When I brought it to the attention of the financial manager, he spoke to the used car sales manager and said that in fact they WERE AWARE of this (so the salesman lied just to sell the car) promised to repair the defects. I took the car and within the first day found several other scratches to the bumper and fender, as well as bondo work that was not correctly done and emailed every single bit of it, to the car sales man who did not respond to my email for about 3 days. After emailing him as well as every manager in the location he assured me that he would fix these things as well as what was promised Upon closing our deal. I just received the car back after 3 WEEKS (btw they didn't even offer a car loaner so I had to vent for myself to drive back and forth from school and work everyday) and they did a HORRIBLE JOB. I have scratches under my front bumper that weren't even buffed out. It looks like they took WHITE OUT to the plastic and just applied it. Not to mention what was promised was NOT fixed. The bondo work is still clearly visible. I have a streak of chipped paint which proves they in fact DID NOT repaint my bumper as promised. I feel as if they've taken advantage of the fact that I'm a young FEMALE college student and have just simply brushed me and my alleged promises off of their shoulder. More

Make used car salesman look good Long story short, I had a deposit down on a high end vehicle and they sold it to someone else in California. I got the refund as it was clear to BMW Germany and BMW USA that I was either a victim of incompetence or fraud. You be the judge. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchase at CPO ActiveHybrid5 from Lauderdale BMW on July 5th 2016 (2013 Model). Prior to going to the Dealership I printed a copy of the Carfax which indicated that the car was first reported as being purchased on July 19th 2013. This being the case, I was led to believe that 1 year and 14 days remained on the original warranty. This combined with the additional 2 year CPO extension would give me 3 years and 14 days. My plan was to purchase an additional 1 Year, which I did, to basically give me a 4 year warranty similar to a new BMW. Based on this I offered the asking price and did not ask for any type of discount. However, when I was signing the papers, I was given a copy of the Carfax and a copy of the window sticker. I was told that the Carfax was verification the car was previously owned by 1 owner, had never been involved in an accident etc.. This turned out not to be the case. A manager at the dealership that originally sold the car had driven the car from April 30th 2013 till it was sold on July 19th 2013. I was then told that the initial 4 year warrant had begun from the earlier date which deduced my warranty by 3 months. This information was never disclosed to me and was not shown on the Carfax. when I questioned this I was told that the Carfax was not accurate. However, they had earlier told me that the Carfax was what they were basing the history of the car on. I do not think it is fair that they can pick and choose what facts are accurate and which are not. I asked for them to extend the warranty to match the Carfax and I was told that this was not something they had the authority to do. I expected that buying a CPO from an authorized dealer would be a trouble free experience. It turned out not to be. I asked to be compensated for the error in their paperwork and this was denied as well. When I initially offered the asking price , with no additional discount, it was because I was happy with the price based on the 3 year 2 week warranty and knowing that I would purchase the 4th year. I would like to either have the missing 3 months reinstated or a proportional refund of its value. The 1 year extension had a value of $3,115.00 and 3 months has a value of $778.75. More
