Amaizing Experience!! I have been bying cars for around 17 years now, and dealing with BMW dealers for more than 12 years. This is my best experience ever, great customer service, easy access and they actually care about the customer. Very professional and fast process. I will definitely go back again and I recommend it to all my friends. I am from Miami and this is actually the farthest BMW from home, but I am glad I went all the way there. Chris the best salesman My friend recommended cris to me.. when I went to Cris to buy my bmw 4 series he was very knowledgeable and polite and really nice. I just took Hello everyone, If anyone is interested in buying a new BMW, I sincerely and strongly suggest you take a visit to BMW of Ft. Lauderdale. I just took delivery of my new 2019 X5 and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I rarely post any reviews for anyone but these guys really deserve it. The dealership has a beautiful “state of the art” facility and the staff is very professional. If you want to feel like you are speaking with a friend rather than a salesperson, I strongly recommend that you ask for Edwin Centeno, no pressure whatsoever. Also, kudos to the sales manager, Steve Ghoulami, who was willing to work with an educated consumer. He allowed the negotiation to be brief and painless. I will definitely be going back for my next new car purchase. More

Was able to do everything over the phone and when I arrived to pick up my X3 everything was prepared and streamlined. Morgan Rodriguez did a great job going over the features on the SUV.
