From dealing with Jerry (sales rep) to signing my paperwork with Isaac (financial services manager) they are a FIRST CLASS dealership. I was scheduled to fly into Fort Lauderdale to take delivery the day of Dorian's (hurricane) arrival. I was delayed one day, due to the Airport being closed. Jerry sent me a video of where my car was stored inside the garage, to ensure me the car was safe and sound. They were very efficient and had everything ready upon my arrival. Jerry even picked me up at the airport. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

The recommendation was to contact Frank Doran one of the Pre-Owned Client Advisors. After meeting with Frank and telling him about my interest, which was a 540i, he did some research on certified pre-owned cars as well as executive/demo/loaner cars. I was specific about what I wanted in the 540i and what I wanted was not available. As a result I began looking at new cars and I met Christian Girard. Christian listened to my wish list of items and worked on finding a car that matched my wish list. Christian spent a considerable amount of time with me and wanted me to provide me with with the car that I described. He is incredibly patient and told me that purchasing a car at this price point is a big decision. He encouraged me to take time in the decision process and that he would make himself available to answer any questions that I might have. Christian made me an incredible offer in concert with Steve Ghoulami, New Vehicle Sales Manager, the car was brought from Texas to Fort Lauderdale and was delivered to me in short order. Christian has followed up with me and provided instruction on the functionality of the car, it is a learning experience to be sure. So the bottom line for me is that my experience at BMW of Fort Lauderdale exceeded my expectations in buying a car, the BMW product is fabulous and the dearlership and staff are remarkable. More
