I purchased a preowned 2019 750. Upon driving out of showroom, I noticed a good size dent in the hood. The Salesman and manager assured me that they would repair the damage and give a loaner to me while the repair was made. I took the car home and scheduled the repair. Should have been simple and easy although after scheduling I ended up spending weeks listening to their excuses on why they couldn’t honor their word to pick the car up and drop off a loaner for me while the car was being repaired. They finally scheduled then called me 4 days ahead of time to again explain the problems between their depts and that they couldn’t give me a loaner. I wasted hours of my time texting and speaking to them asking them to honor their word and stop explaining their in house issues they were having. Finally I called the general manager, he did immediately take care of the issue and did get my car scheduled, picked up and had a loaner dropped off for me. My car was supposed to be ready in 4 days and the contract for the loaner was good for the 4 days. I never heard from anyone after my car was picked up. I had to call , text snd email to try to get an update on my car. I still haven’t heard back. The lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating. I have no idea when I’ll get my car back and I’m stuck with a loaner that is not comparable to my car. This is very disappointing. I could have purchased a car at any Dealership, I’m disappointed that I chose BMW of Ft Lauderdale. I don’t write reviews often although hopefully my review will prevent another customer from having an unpleasant experience like mine. More
This is my third bmw. I started with the 328 in 2012 that I leased from Fort Lauderdale BMW. Then in 2015 I switched to 328 GT and finally in 2018 I leased a 2018 X1 xdriv I started with the 328 in 2012 that I leased from Fort Lauderdale BMW. Then in 2015 I switched to 328 GT and finally in 2018 I leased a 2018 X1 xdrive. Throughout the years I have always service my vehicles at Fort Lauderdale BMW and have always had the same service advisor, Scott Weinbaum. He is always been honest and truthful and I fully trust him. He has always taken good care of my vehicles. More

I have been a BMW customer for over 37 years and have experienced many BMW dealerships in Puerto Rico, Milwaukee, Chicago, Miami, Etc, Etc....but in my personal opinion this is by far the best BMW dealer experienced many BMW dealerships in Puerto Rico, Milwaukee, Chicago, Miami, Etc, Etc....but in my personal opinion this is by far the best BMW dealership in south east Florida and I'm sure top 5 in the USA, the facility is definitely state of the art..... the best I have seen so far.
