I had been looking for a particular vehicle with low miles and certain features for about nine months. I came across one finally at BMW of Ft Lauderdale. I have owned a few BMWs in the past, but this time I was on the hunt for an Infiniti Q50 sport. I had been to all the local Infiniti dealers and had a very difficult time with one in particular (Coconut Creek) despite having bought a car there already and serviced it there for 7 years. The fantastic treatment that I received at BMW of Ft Lauderdale was hands down 1000% better, faster, more accurate, easy to deal with, friendly, comfortable waiting area --the list goes on and on. I want to give a special shout-out to Angel Cruz, my attentive and amazing sales consultant - fast, honest, straightforward, reliable and friendly. Steve Pelkey, friendly and helpful guy we met towards the end. Niccole Lacovara, Finance specialist who got us out of there in warp speed time with 100% accuracy and not to mention friendly. I never got to meet the pre-owned vehicle manager but thank you for a fair deal and making things easy and not jerking us around. I appreciate that more than you know that you worked with Angel to get us the best deal. I will add that because of this positive experience, I will surely be telling everyone to go to you guys and would eventually buy another car from you. Angel was quick to tell me many times how proud he was to be a part of the Holman group. He was fast to get the car I wanted to see moved from P Pines over to Ft Laud that same day so I could test drive.
