I had been looking for a particular vehicle with low miles and certain features for about nine months. I came across one finally at BMW of Ft Lauderdale. I have owned a few BMWs in the past, but this miles and certain features for about nine months. I came across one finally at BMW of Ft Lauderdale. I have owned a few BMWs in the past, but this time I was on the hunt for an Infiniti Q50 sport. I had been to all the local Infiniti dealers and had a very difficult time with one in particular (Coconut Creek) despite having bought a car there already and serviced it there for 7 years. The fantastic treatment that I received at BMW of Ft Lauderdale was hands down 1000% better, faster, more accurate, easy to deal with, friendly, comfortable waiting area --the list goes on and on. I want to give a special shout-out to Angel Cruz, my attentive and amazing sales consultant - fast, honest, straightforward, reliable and friendly. Steve Pelkey, friendly and helpful guy we met towards the end. Niccole Lacovara, Finance specialist who got us out of there in warp speed time with 100% accuracy and not to mention friendly. I never got to meet the pre-owned vehicle manager but thank you for a fair deal and making things easy and not jerking us around. I appreciate that more than you know that you worked with Angel to get us the best deal. I will add that because of this positive experience, I will surely be telling everyone to go to you guys and would eventually buy another car from you. Angel was quick to tell me many times how proud he was to be a part of the Holman group. He was fast to get the car I wanted to see moved from P Pines over to Ft Laud that same day so I could test drive. All of these things combined make you the best car buying experience I've ever had and the best team and location. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Thanks everyone, you are all wonderful. I purchased a preowned 2019 750. Upon driving out of showroom, I noticed a good size dent in the hood. The Salesman and manager assured me that they would repair the damage and give a loaner to me while the repair was made. I took the car home and scheduled the repair. Should have been simple and easy although after scheduling I ended up spending weeks listening to their excuses on why they couldn’t honor their word to pick the car up and drop off a loaner for me while the car was being repaired. They finally scheduled then called me 4 days ahead of time to again explain the problems between their depts and that they couldn’t give me a loaner. I wasted hours of my time texting and speaking to them asking them to honor their word and stop explaining their in house issues they were having. Finally I called the general manager, he did immediately take care of the issue and did get my car scheduled, picked up and had a loaner dropped off for me. My car was supposed to be ready in 4 days and the contract for the loaner was good for the 4 days. I never heard from anyone after my car was picked up. I had to call , text snd email to try to get an update on my car. I still haven’t heard back. The lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating. I have no idea when I’ll get my car back and I’m stuck with a loaner that is not comparable to my car. This is very disappointing. I could have purchased a car at any Dealership, I’m disappointed that I chose BMW of Ft Lauderdale. I don’t write reviews often although hopefully my review will prevent another customer from having an unpleasant experience like mine. More

This is my third bmw. I started with the 328 in 2012 that I leased from Fort Lauderdale BMW. Then in 2015 I switched to 328 GT and finally in 2018 I leased a 2018 X1 xdriv I started with the 328 in 2012 that I leased from Fort Lauderdale BMW. Then in 2015 I switched to 328 GT and finally in 2018 I leased a 2018 X1 xdrive. Throughout the years I have always service my vehicles at Fort Lauderdale BMW and have always had the same service advisor, Scott Weinbaum. He is always been honest and truthful and I fully trust him. He has always taken good care of my vehicles. More
